Excellent experience from the moment I met Brandon on the Toyota sales lot. I felt zero pressure to purchase a vehicle or to add on any additional warranty extensions etc. Brandon was a pleasure to work with and the numbers man was interesting and low key. I'm enjoying my new Toyota and I also enjoyed purchasing it.

I went in today as I had a problem with the Bluetooth connection for my CPO RAV4. I was preparing myself for a long wait in the waiting room but instead the guy at check in, John Giordano, understood right away what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. I drove back home within 15 minutes. This is what it means to have people that actually understand about cars and can provide a five star service. Thank you, John!!!!

I used to trust their service department to do the right thing. Unfortunately, they started upcharging on maintenance. Beware of them taking advantage of you if you take your car in for service. I'll be taking my car elsewhere in the future.

I think this is the first negative review I've ever left for a business, but I feel the need to leave a warning for those considering this dealership.
Firstly, I'll say the sales team does their job - they get you to buy a car - over email I was told that I would be able to get a certain price if I drove the hour and a half to the dealership after work that day. Of course, the 'deal' brought us to the dealership; we arrived around 8:30 PM. Unfortunately, everything completed close to midnight, and no one was happy about that, including the technician who jerryrigged the windshield wiper sensor we asked them to fix (it was hanging during our test drive), which fell off again shortly after.
The car we bought was certified pre-owned, which gave me some measure of hope, since it ~should~ mean that even if something is wrong with the vehicle, it would be made right.
That being said, after multiple communications with this dealer ending in an empty promise of a return call from a sales manager 'on break,' the sensor is still hanging and banging around. In addition, we recently heard water in our vehicle, so we naturally had NOT this dealer diagnose the root of that issue, only to find out that one of the taillights was broken and has been covered with red tape since we bought the car, likely the source of the water! CPO means nothing to this dealer.
On top of all that, much like others have stated in previous reviews, my documents were sorely lacking. I received nothing for the CPO coverage (big surprise), nothing on my service contract, and nothing on the price breakdown.
In conclusion, I know readers of this review will still do business with this dealership because I would, too. The allure of a 'deal' is strong. But be careful! Make sure that you get the fees upfront, that you get all the paperwork and information that you are entitled to, and that you understand the risks of not having this dealership honor their obligations, service or otherwise.
Edit 8/26/24: I did business with Runnemede in October 2023 and my issues have not been resolved. I escalated the problems to Toyota customer service recently. I hope they have updated their management practices as they've mentioned, but I remain skeptical of that fact and would advise readers to do the same.

I had the best experience today buying a 2024 Rav4 Hybrid! Fred was super helpful and attentive throughout the entire sale process. Rory helped us close out the deal and did a great job explaining all the fine details in the many papers that go into financing a car. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and easy to talk to.
