Very popular uniform store. It took me about 3 weeks to get the uniform items that were out of stock. The employees were very helpful and it is easy to find most of what you need.

Have had a horrible experience working with this company. My wife ordered one item online for my daughter's school uniform in the middle of July and we have still not received the item a month later. When the order was put in they quoted 5-7 business days. We have called the store over 5 times now, spoke with multiple representatives, and have received no resolution. My daughter starts school next week and we are scrambling to try and find an alternative option, as we have purchased some slightly different items from local stores, hoping she doesnt get in trouble for a uniform violation. Extremely disappointed in the situation.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.They know all of the uniform requirements for your school .Also,if you forget your child's size from last time,they have a record of all items and sizes that your child has previously gotten at their store. No worries if you just stop by without your student to pick things up.They have your sizes covered and they also have all the pieces to the uniform in stock and ready to go! Shopping for school here is easy and pleasant.

Excellent customer service. Didn't have any pants that were needed for school. Had some embroidered for me and ready next day. Even called me to remind me to pick up. Which turned out helpful since I forgot.

This is our school's second year using this uniform store. My Experience with them has not been good. Last year the manager took my order while I was in the store. We pulled out all the items I needed for my son. They were out of stock on half of the uniform items I needed so he placed an order for me and then I proceeded to pay for the entire order in full. After a month of waiting for my items, I called into the store to inquire about the items that I purchased and had not received yet. I was told the manager that took my order while I was in the store left the company abruptly and never placed my order although they took my money. I was told that I was not the only customer that experienced this from that particular manager. The new manager did give me a discount for all the inconvenience I experienced. Now fast forward to this year, my husband went into the store with my son and had an associate measure my son for trousers. The pants he ended up buying were too small. The pants were too tight and almost too short. The pants were bought a few weeks prior to me going in for an exchange. They would not take the pants back because I had taken the tags off. As parents we spend our hard-working money to buy uniforms for our children to wear to school, only to be told that I could not exchange them for a larger size. The pants were never been worn but I did take the tags off. I never asked for a refund but just a simple exchange for a larger size and the attending manager would not do this. This company is horrible and I will petition our school will not use them anymore .
