This place is awesome but my appointment started 30 minutes or later than it should have. The girl I had was very rough with my nails and cut the side of my nail a bit. All the other workers are awesome and sweet. 9/10 totally would recommend.Services: Acrylic nails

I absolutely love them...all of the ladies are friendly and courteous..From Michelle the owner to all of the nailtechnicians..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM...My technician Kelly went on Vacation and Michelle stepped up and did a Marvelous Job...Hanah didmy feet and she is very gentle....Nice clean friendly atmosphere ?❤??Services: Pedicure

Very very happy lady ! My hubby booked me an appointment here on mothers days . And I met Lin she did my toes and nails and did an amazing job . Typically I go get my nails done on fridays but learning that LIN only does nails at this location on a Sunday that will be my new pamper day ! She’s amazing and very talented .

In August, I got a gel manicure with Michelle and went to Hawaii for vacation… it lasted all week and for MONTHS afterwards!!! My nails would grow and the polish would not budge. The only time it came off was when I had to trim my nails out of necessity. I recently went to a different salon last week for a gel manicure and it’s already peeling away and chipping off. I will come back for Luv Nails & Spa, high quality products and service!

I came here on a whim and both Joan and Michelle have not disappointed. I imagine this will remain consistent. Everyone is so nice and professional and my nails look and feel so good each time. By far the worst place I’ve ever been to. I stopped going to this place a while ago because they are sloppy and rush and you make an appointment and still wait forever. Today, I decided to give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE, I brought my two daughters to get back to school nails and my 7 year old got a gel manicure and they were so sloppy, her skin was so torn up and bleeding, they added glitter without asking, and she’s 7 so she didn’t speak up then my older daughter had a clear set already, she wanted white ombré, they said she couldn’t do that without getting a completely new set which I know is not the case because I’ve had it done myself a few times and the fact that there wasn’t even a color on her nails from before. This is all after making an appointment and still waiting 2 hours while they kept taking walk ins and telling each person to either pick a color or it would be about a half hour then working on the walk in’s first. Absolutely horrible experience and way over priced for messy work. Do not recommend!Services: Gel manicures

I take my daughters here as a treat and some mommy/daughter time. I really like this place. They are patient with my girls and very professional, courteous, and the place is clean. I make appointments because they are usually very busy. I highly recommend

I called to make an appointment and was told 3:00pm. The appointment was for my daughter, who is only 4, so I wanted to make sure she didn't have to wait. We arrived on time and waited over an hour for her to get her nails painted. Over an hour! When she finally sat down to get her nails painted, it took all of 6 minutes. I can't believe they made her wait like that. I will not be going back. Ever.Service: Manicure

I scheduled an appointment yesterday with the lady named Joanne for today at 2:30 p.m. for full service eyebrow wax pedicure and manicure I arrived on time and what I noticed was they had a few ladies ahead of me so I was still willing to wait I get in the chair to have my pedicure done only to have the water ran for my feet to soak for 25 minutes before she came to do the actual pedicure by this time it was like 3:15 my around 3:40 another lady came over to my chair and said that they close at 4:00 and they will not be able to do my nails for me because they close at 4:00 well if I had been told this at the time of setting my appointment then I wouldn't have made an appointment at all. She even suggested for me to come in the morning to get my eyebrows and my nails done well I didn't make an appointment to be split up like that because I'm working around my work schedule so anyway as my pedicure was being finished up I then got my shoes on and was ready to pay for my services that I did get and leave cuz I was totally disgusted by the unprofessionalism I received today.I don't recommendlace for anyone . Thanks to Joanne who made the appointment who was also present at the time I arrived didn't speak up and say she made that appointment. In fact while they're speaking in their their native language I could feel the energy that they were discussing that late appointment and laughing about it as if it was that funny that they lost out on a good tipping customer today I will never return to that spa again and I will make sure I tell my friends to not go there at all and anyone who thinks about going thereService: Pedicure
