My son in law was trying to get his beard done. There was this stylist that would do a great job but after two times. We started to notice that Julia was disappearing more often and was not available. Then we tried booking an appointment for beard today July 29,2024 had appointment available till 2:30 pm all were gone after I booked for 1:15 pm. Went to salon said Julia went to break dont know when she coming back. Then few min later saying she is not coming back. So you are lying to us. Roxanne did my Son in Law beard and we showed the picture and explained. Yet she still messed up the beard. First she cut the beard to short and then messed up the mustache. Of course when that happened my daughter spoke to her. Then my daughter told Roxanne to just remove the beard because she messed up so badly that my son in law didnt even like it. I cannot believe these people here did this. I am highly upset. Senior stylist and all this yet cannot get things done correctly. Asking for extra money increase prices and yet so much experience and did a terrible job. Applause to this hair cuttery for being the worse designer ever.

Thanks for not helping a second time! My niece made an appointment online for the time… walked in for the appointment… second time the say no appointment was made… needed hair done for prom…. They did NOTHING TO HELP. We went to Lavina instead, at least they were very helpful there!

Great haircut and coloring. Customer service is very good. Their prices are reasonable. I always look great when I leave there and they give me a great style. A little something different each time, which is exactly what I want. I love Danielle, but she was on vacation. Another person assisted me, and it was just as good of an experience.

Complete waste of my time. I scheduled an appointment online for 10:30 am on a Saturday. I arrived ten minutes or so before my scheduled appointment. I was told my stylist was "just finishing up" with another client. By 10:50 am, it was abundantly clear she was nowhere near finished. I left. Why even bother taking appointments? This was not my first experience with the complete ineptitude of this location but it will be my last.

I showed Alyssa a couple pictures from my past hair cuts (of myself) and asked for that same cut. She did an awesome job and cut it exactly how it was in the pictures! She also picked up quickly on my personality and made me feel very comfortable during the entire appointment. Thanks Alyssa!!
