“I was a new customer when I arrived seeking repair or possibly replacement of a tire whose pressure had dropped fast. A friend recommended Mavis -- in the past I had been loyal to a small tire business, but the owners sold it and I didn't like my customer experience with the new owners ("the wait could be hours; we may need you to leave your car here for a day or two...."). I went on to the Mavis website and to my surprise (1) they had a super-easy online appointment scheduling system, (2) appointments were available immediately, and (3) I made the appointment on the spot. My car was taken in right away. Aside from how much time it would take for the repair, my other concern was whether I would get an honest assessment which my prior vendor had always given. I should not have worried. The tire had a nail in it and needed a patch. Mavis could easily have sold me a new tire (how would I know), but they told the truth and charged me $25 for the repair, when I had expected to shell out a whole lot more. Service was friendly, fast and so easy. I am now a Mavis customer!”

“I have a 2019 Suburban, which I bought new and still have another year to finish paying it off. So back in mid-July 2024 marked the first time I was in an accident in over 30 years, a little over 3 weeks ago in Eatontown. I was sideswiped by a minivan, which took out my front driver side tire, front fender and some scrapes along the driver side. I was at fault ☹. The PD had a flatbed tow truck deliver it to Anthony's, all within an hour. My head was spinning. I never heard of Anthony's, nor have I been to a body shop in the past 30 years, but I can tell you they were great. I was clearly upset when I showed up at Anthony's and the co-owner guy Jimmy was very empathetic and kind to me. He calmed me down. The mechanic Brian was excellent to deal with and always kept me in the know… very nice people including the office staff. They worked seamlessly with my insurance. I hope I’m never in an accident again, but (knock on wood) if I ever do I will go to Anthony’s. Just to put the icing on the cake was they detailed it inside and out... it looks almost as good as when i drove it off the All-American Lot 5 years ago. Shout out to Anthony’s – what a class-act business. Thank you”

The customer service was amazing. The woman at the front whose name I didn’t get was very sweet and very knowledgeable and Mike who did my oil change came out to discuss what I may need, but there was no pressure. I highly recommend this place and this is the only place I’ll be coming for oil changes.”
“He's an Exxon and his pumps are currently being replaced or they're digging the tanks up I'm not sure but you can't get gas there now, but you probably will be in a couple of weeks. You can still get your car fixed just call a few days in advance if possible”
