“Rented a 15-passenger van and a cargo van on two separate occasions. Both times the staff was courteous, the process was easy, and the vehicles worked well for my purposes. Overall, I’m pleased and will use Rent-a-Wreck Chester again! It’s great to have a local car rental option.”

“Props to Charlie who runs the rental. He was nice enough to call me two days ahead that Budget did not supply him with trucks, and I needed to call or the day I came in, there would be no trucks. Luckily I was able to change my reservation. But He saved me a major hassle that would have really sucked. Shame on Budget, but Charlie & TRADE ZONE TRUCK RENTAL are great!”
“My last review was an accident. I was referring to the uhaul co. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO RENT A UHAUL FROM IN THE AREA!!!! Vito called me got back to me several times. Made SURE I had my uhaul for a trip I had already reserved. If you're going to rent a uhaul UHAUL VITO IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!”
“I called 3 uhaul companies in the area and they did not answer their phones. But the gentleman at this location did and was very friendly and helpful! I ordered a 10 ft truck and as we started loading it at home we realized that my stuff would not fit. Called him back and asked if we could switch to a larger truck. He said there was one available and that would be no problem! We switched out the the truck for a 15ft and the move went perfectly! If you are looking in the area for a uhaul I would highly recommend this location! I'm not convinced the ppl that left bad reviews on this location knew what they were talking about- I had a great experience! I'm sure there are many more positive experiences ppl have had but unfortunately most ppl only take time out to complain and the ppl that have good experiences do not tend to bother leaving reviews- again, I highly recommend!”

“Love this place. The guys that I've interacted with have always been so nice and professional. From when I called constantly with questions about my plow to calling during a storm to buy a part or fluid I needed. They were always so willing to help me and so nice about it. And the fact that they stay open 24 hours during the storms is one less thing I have to worry about while I'm out. In case something on my plow does need to be fixed.”
