I needed an oil change and didn't want to travel to my usual mechanic. Without an appointment, I decided to give West 10 Express Lube a try. Upon arrival, I was told to pull my car straight up to the garage. An employee promptly took my information, clearly explained the cost based on the number of quarts my vehicle requires and the type of oil, and then invited me to wait in the air-conditioned office. Just 13 minutes later, my car was ready, and I paid exactly what I was quoted. You really can't ask for a better experience.

I’ve been here a couple of times without much issue. However, I went to get an oil change yesterday. During the middle of it, one of the employees felt the need to open the glove box, remove my cabin air filter, and tell me it needed replacing. I asked him what he was even doing looking there since it was just an oil change. He ignored me, said it would cost $35. I said no and asked if he could just shake the filter to get some of the junk out. He said he couldn’t and walked away. I drive home, check my glove box, and see the air filter wasn’t even properly put back and he went through my stuff in the glove box since some items were opened.Will never come back here again.

This place is great. I have been there 2 times and between waiting for a car in front of me to finish and the oil change, it was less than 30 minutes! Way better than waiting for hours at the dealership, and don't even have to get out of the car. All for about $50. People who work there are friendly as well. I will be returning.

Absolutely love the team here. They are honest, reasonably priced, don't use scare tactics and honestly make it a pleasure to get work done. My husband and I only go here. We are huge fans of West 10.

I’ve always loved the convenience of the quick drive through oil change. My husband and I brought our cars here recently for oil changes a few weeks apart. Then for other reasons roughly 4 weeks later, we had to take our cars in for repairs elsewhere and they said we desperately needed oil changes. They said the oil was dirty and the filter had not been changed. I will not be coming back in the future.Service: Oil change
