I was in the market for an engagement ring and after shopping at several other Jewelers I decided to stop in Kodak and see what they had. Chris introduced himself asked me what I was looking for and was a complete professional. This isn't something I do everyday so while I had an idea what I was looking for I needed help and an education (I didn't get that at the other Jewelers i went to). Chris provided both in a way that I felt completely comfortable making my decision. The professionalism and quality were off the charts and the pricing was absolutely fair. Not only that but I was in a time crunch with Valentines day and worried it wouldn't be ready in time.
