I simply can't say enough good things about Chris and Kodak Jewelers. I was in the market for an engagement ring and after shopping at several other Jewelers I decided to stop in Kodak and see what they had. Chris introduced himself asked me what I was looking for and was a complete professional. This isn't something I do everyday so while I had an idea what I was looking for I needed help and an education (I didn't get that at the other Jewelers i went to). Chris provided both in a way that I felt completely comfortable making my decision. The professionalism and quality were off the charts and the pricing was absolutely fair. Not only that but I was in a time crunch with Valentines day and worried it wouldn't be ready in time. Chris not only got it done for me but met me at the Restaurant I was proposing at with the ring which was above and beyond. This is a great local Jeweler you can trust and I highly recommend them should you be in the market for anything. Thank you Chris for knocking it out of the park! Pete

Don’t go here if you need anything to do with watches. I needed pins replaced for my Seiko watch bracelet and I gave Chris a call before going there. He said any other pin will work and it doesn’t have to be a proprietary pin as I suggested. He replaces the pins and the next day they are coming out. I go back the next day and I’m told he isn’t in and only he knows how to do it in the shop. On my third visit I am told by Chris to buy a new bracelet altogether and no refund was given.

I had an amazing experience with W. Kodak jewelers in creating my engagement ring!! They were referred to me by a friend and I could not be happier with the outcome. Chris really did an excellent job capturing my vision and creating a CUSTOM ring that truly is perfect!! I was able to select my center stone in person from a few different options. In addition, the process was fairly quick.

I’ve had my hoop earrings for years (since middle school, so about 12 years) and I’ve accidentally lost one of them while working, and a week later they were found but with my luck- I brought them home and it snapped. In all honesty, I’d rather have it broken than completely missing. I’ve ignored my intuition twice, so I listened to it this time to get this fixed at an actual jewelry place than to “fix it” myself.In all honesty I’ve never done anything like this before in looking to get jewelry fixed, and I figured to try W. Kodak since they were nearby. The staff was incredibly nice and the process was easy. I just picked my earrings up yesterday and they look fantastic! I did have to bend the fixed earring a bit to look more round, but other than that they are all clean & I can’t even tell where the snapped line is where they fixed it. I can’t thank them enough for their help! I will definitely go back in the future.

I was really nervous to have new posts put on the back of my special diamond earrings and get them appraised. I needed somewhere I could trust and that was the most important to me. Not only did I feel comfortable and was greeted like family when I walked in, but Chris went over and above to make sure I was happy with the result, price, and appraisal.To top off my lovely experience my earrings were done in literally a few days, I still can’t believe how quick they were done. The integrity and quality of my jewelry remained the same as when I dropped it off. I am in awe and I’ve finally found a lifetime jeweler. Thank you So much.

As nerve-racking as proposing was, buying a ring seemed to be even worse. Luckily Chris and the others at W. Kodak Jewelers made the process incredibly easy and helped me pick out a ring that my fiance loves! They explained everything very thoroughly and helped me understand it all. I wish I could report this business and its manager/owner to BBB. Chris is a ruthless scammer. Be careful about putting down a deposit for an item. DON'T TRUST THIS GUY!!!!! A LIAR #1 Long time buyer, was robbed by $500. Not afraid to confirm and verify.
