Worst store around, I've had multiple online orders canceled from this store, when I called Verizon customer service I was told they do this on purpose so that they can get commission for in store purchases, as to where online sales where you walk in and just grab your order, they make no commission, not sure how this is allowed, but what a joke.

Yesterday was the first time in probably 20 years I didn't leave Verizon annoyed lol. I had the BEST customer service experience thanks to Cesar! I told him exactly what I wanted and he got to work to figure out what would be the best phone & plan for my family. He was honest & helpful which made me want to buy the product even more as he wasn't trying to force me to purchase unnecessary items or trick me into something. He stuck to the topic and showed such a high level of professionalism. I left that day with a new phone and an added line all thanks to Cesar! I wasn't sure at first how it would go but he is the only reason that we were quick to jump and complete our purchase! Verizon is lucky to have Cesar!

I walked into the Verizon store speaking to my mom in Hebrew she is in Israel. The Verizon agent noticed my accent and my ethnicity then started to give me a hard time over my identity linked to my own account. All proper documentation and ID was correct.
He knew immediately I was Israeli and I asked him is he the owner of the jeep outside with the Palestinian flag on it. He confirmed it was his and now I understand why I was treated with such rudelessness and racism.
I was judged based only on my accent, language, and name.

Sat for hours a few months ago with an employee to get my bill sorted to be lower. She ended up switching my plan which she said was outdated and costing us more but now I have been paying 120 more every month and I cannot get the store on the phone because they do not provide the store number they provide Verizon general customer service. A phone number is needed because people do not have hours to spend waiting for things to be done. I personally have a newborn at home and I am lucky if I can even do the phone call let alone sit in the store for hours

My wife dropped off a trade in, but didn’t get the promised confirmation. We were told by Verizon some stores “batch” trade ins and we could miss the deadline and be out $900 if they don’t make a notation. Tried calling the store, but despite being empty, all calls forwarded to automated system, which does not have an option to contact the store. We had to drive 20min back to the store to speak with them. Horrible customer service by Verizon and the store. Not sure other providers are better but this is a consideration for future service.

I had a confusing situation going into the Verizon store. Fortunately for me Mike ( the Manager) was who i presented the problem to. He took it on whole heartedly and because normal procedures did not cover my situation he called their Administration and was bounced around to about 5 people. He stuck with it for 45 minutes explaining and re-explaining the situation. I could see how hard he was trying....
I would hire Mike in a minute for senior jobs because he cares. Verizon is lucky to have him.

Recently switched four lines of service from AT&T to Verizon. After spending countless hours on the phone with Verizon to upgrade one of the newly issued phones, we visited this store for further assistance and to see if they could help. Spent well over an hour at the store and continued to get a host of reasons why one of the new phones could not be upgraded from 128MB to 256MB; including that no such phones were available throughout the whole of Verizon. Finally a solution was derived and we left the store with the understanding that the manager was working on the upgrade. Today, we learned that the manager at this store gave up on helping us and never followed through. Unreal and horrible service. This was the reason we left Verizon to begin with, but it seems all phone companies need a lesson in customer service and efficiency.

I've been coming here every month to pay my bill on the machine in the back. When I walk through the door, not a single employee has ever acknowledged my presence.. Not a "hello" or "how can I help you?". I even try to make eye contact but these employees are not human. They are robots with not an ounce of personality. I'm typically the only customer in the store when I arrive so there's no reason why they ignore me. This isn't a one time occurrence... It's EVERY time. That's why I take my business elsewhere when it comes to purchasing a new phone. They've lost me as a customer.
