Pharmacist Jyoti is extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Dedicated to serving customers. Prompt and pleasant on the phone too.After much calling around I found Valley is the only one to help with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) in our area. Walgreens RiteAid ShopRite Goodall don’t have Medicare contracts any more even though Medicare customer care gave me their names and numbers to me.Jyoti took care of this issue promptly bringing my frustrated calling around to an end. I plan to switch my other medications to Valley

I would give them 10 Stars! This is a great place! I have been going to this pharmacy for almost 25 years! The staff is wonderful, super helpful. If they dont have something you need, they get it. I've always been impressed with everyone here!

Be aware that if you schedule a PCR test a few days in advanced, drive 45 minutes because tests are hard to come by... there's the chance you'll get a call 5 minutes before your appointment to be told "we are canceling PCR tests today"Unprofessional. When asked why the store didn't tell us we were just told "well they don't know yet. This was a last minute thing"Being symptomatic and relying on covid tests to go back to life and marking out your schedule, driving, only to be told "oh well you can come another time this week" is frustrating.

Valley Pharmacy is our local neighborhood pharmacy. They took advantage of the need for take home covid testing and sold unpackaged single covid test at double the price. $20 for 1 test. I will not do business with a small business who takes advantage of a pandemic for profits.
