These guys had my car for 2 weeks to only tell me they couldn't work my car since it was a hybrid. Couple weeks later during an oil change, I find out they never put any of the plastic panels back on. Now I don't have any protection underneath until I can get new ones.

I’ve been going to Mike at Snono for years. We moved and I still drive the extra distance to get my regular maintenance. Mike always makes time when I need to squeeze in an oil change, he’s affordable, reliable, and trustworthy. He never tries to upsell or fix problems that can wait, he’s always straightforward and helpful. Even the gas attendants are friendly. Mike is 100% a great guy. As a business owner myself who runs my business with integrity and for the best interest of the customer, mike is definitely on the same level. I blew an oil coolant line on my work truck. I happened to end up there when it happened. He was able to accommodate me so I could get back on the road same day. Despite being busy preparing for a big snow storm he was able to help me get my van fixed. Definitely recommend mike at snono for any service. I blew an oil cooling line in my only company work van and just happen to end up there. They were super helpful and understanding and accommodating. Despite preparations for an onset of big snow storm they made way to accommodate me so I can be back on the road same day. Very nice guy and straight and honest.
