Had a prescription my doctor called in 2 hours ago. Pharmacist herself claimed she had nothing there for me. I mentioned that the Dr. left a message on the designated voicemail for doctors. She repeated that there’s nothing there and moved on and ignored me. I then had to ask her to check the voicemail while I’m on the phone trying to call my Dr. 5 Minutes later pharmacist finally says the voicemail is there. Point is, I should not have to ask you to check the voicemail.. Do your job! And I should not have been just skipped and ignored. Not a good sign when the pharmacist herself is incompetent..

Love the supermarket (it's my favorite shop rite of all), but the bakery woman I spoke to on the phone today really lacked customer service skills. Sounded like I was disturbing her, quite frankly, which I didn't appreciate. I called to ask if they made lemon cupcakes. I get from this rude individual, " No. We only make vanilla and chocolate." That in itself is ignorant and strange. How about expanding your selection??? Offer more options to improve your sales. Then I ask, "Well, ok... can you make vanilla cupcakes with lemon frosting?" And I get the best response ever... I swear I thought she was joking. The woman replies, "No. We don't have what we need to make lemon frosting." Huh??? WTF???? Are you kidding me? I don't even know what that means and I was so annoyed by her attitude I didn't want to ask. Don't have what you need to make lemon frosting? What might that be? Lemons?!!?! (I know you have a machine to make frosting because you offer various other kinds.) How about you take a stroll over to your produce section and grab a few lemons? Get a grater and just grate and add some lemon zest to your buttercream frosting and VOILA! You've got lemon frosting!!! I could tell this lady couldn't care less about helping me and just wanted to get off the phone. I'd ordered cupcakes from this shop rite many times before and they're great. But seriously, let's get with the times and perhaps branch out a little and offer more than just plain, old, boring vanilla and chocolate! Guess I'll be making my own lemon cupcakes this week.

I was shopping in the Shop Rite of Succasunna. The store manager approached me suddenly. The manager claimed that I have been "banned" from shopping in the store due to complaints I had submitted in regard to the quality of the customer services. (The manager informed me that I would be told to leave if I had ever come back to the store.) And the "ban" covers a number of different Shop Rite stores, not just the store in Succasunna. I don't drive My primary mode of transportation is walking. I am limited to shopping in stores within a walkable distance from my home. If I ever find myself in a situation in which the Shop Rite stores are my only source of groceries, I will be in trouble. Submitting complaints about the quality of the customer services in a store doesn't necessitate being "banned" from the store. It appears that the manager "banned" me from the store in lieu of taking any action to resolve my complaints. I have nothing to indicate what actions were taken to resolve my complaints. It also appears that the manager has no concern whatsoever for customers.

Robin Davey.....my neighbor at my neighborhood pharmacy :) I'm so glad my insurance changed and I didn't "get to keep my pharmacy" ....because I'm not a customer of yours. The male pharmacist (I forget the name, sorry! It's not you, it's me :) ) is also very helpful, patient and joyful.

Entire dairy department is shut down and there is not a sign anywhere giving you a heads up. You have to walk through store to find out and workers in that area act as if you should have known. What a bunch of jerks.

I have been shopping there for about 30 years and the store has been going down hill very limited items not much selection . They will not cut cold cuts like ham turkey and american cheese you have to buy it pre packed I dont want to buy pre packed. Last week I went tosuccasunna shoprite no Chick peas went to Wharton Shoprite they had plenty everything is because of covid I now do my big Shop at Wharton and only go to Succasunna for a few items . I also speak with different neighbors and they say the same thing. If you dont give us what we want we will take our business else where!

I was at the fish department first thing in the morning and as usual and as usual nothing was put out. Your store opens at 8o'clock people should be there before 8 o'clock and have everything ready to go for the customers. I asked about some shrimp and flounder and the bald guy behind the counter told me things are not set up you need to come back. I came back after shopping at all I got was attitude from him very disappointing

I covet ShopRites, this one in Succasunna is one of my favorite ones around here along with the one in Chester. This ShopRite is at the end of a bunch of shops on the left and has a ton of parking out front. They have really easy to understand signage to help with the flow with navigating the store during the pandemic. The store is incredibly clean, easy to navigate, brightly light, well stocked, and the variety to products there is endless. I wish all ShopRites had their abundance and variety of produce, meats, cheeses, and seafood. Even at peak busy hours, they keep their checkout lines moving and get you in and out quick!

Very disappointed with management decision not to make one way isles. I was told they were leaving it up to the people to keep a safe distance and wear masks. This is fine, but as a manager which other shoprite stores are doing they have one way isles. It is the store that should use preventive measures to keep everyone safe. Unless there are rules to follow, people will not do it. Very disappointing!

I have to give this store 5 stars! Just got home from there. The world is ending so everyone is stocking up. Nothing left on the shelves the line was literally rapped around the entire store but they handled it well. They had employees directing people to the end of the line and to the registers. I was impressed on how fast the line moved. As for the shelves, they where trying to stock them but people where taking things before it could be put on the shelf.

Have been going here for years. By and large a decent grocery store. Personnel and cashiers have always been helpful (at worst neutral). My only complaint is some of the produce could be fresher--they do a good job with some of the basics, like apples and oranges, but the unpackaged greens are usually nothing to write home about. It makes it harder to eat healthy.
