We were doing a lot of rent. Wanted the color Navajo white. Our contractor bought a 5 gallon can. It came out too yellow...certainly not the color in the 1 gallon can. When my husband complained they said, it happens. Really? Why? It's done by computer so the 5 gallon should be the same color as the 1 gallon. They did nothing to make it right. At $68.50 a gallon my husband has to repaint . Pathetic

A simple review. The store was not crowded, so my service was immediate. I had called the store a few days prior, spoke to a sales associate, and asked for him when I went to the store.He was very helpful on the phone, and subsequently provided excellent service at the store assisting me with the selection of deck stain. This was especially important to me because this was my first experience with deck stain and I had many questions (type, color, application, care...) that were knowledgeably answered.

Very helpful explaining types of paint finishes and amount of paint to buy for my project. Excellent customer service-friendly, greet you as you walk in. First time I've used Sherwin Williams paint and it rolled on easily with zero splatter. I'll shop there again

Ryan Iacampo was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He was not only super friendly as soon as we entered the store but he helped us pick out all our paint colors, along with what type of paint to go with. We're rebutting an entire inside of a home right now and we needed a ton of paint. We originally went in just thinking to browse but the customer service was soooo on par and amazing bc of Ryan, we decided to get all our paint there. He's super knowledgeable when it comes to paint and sizing for how much we would need. We've gone to other Sherwin Williams retail stores and this is by far the best location we've been to and just amazing service from Ryan!!!

This particular store is Awesome! Sean has everything running right. He is always there to assist you. Sam and Kyle are very knowledgeable and there's no questions they can't answer. I'm a 30 yr. experienced painter and they know "Almost" everything I do!!! LOL

Went to the store to purchase paint samples. I was advised to go to Home Depot for the samples when I arrive at Home Depot they stated they do not make Paint samples for Sherwin Wiliams. Wasted my time. Went to Lowe’s and found my paint samples as well as purchased their paint.
