My husband and I have been a member of this gym for fourteen years. This is an incredible community of members and staff. No matter your level, everyone is supportive and encouraging. The coaches have an unparalleled level of both expertise and compassion as they help everyone reach their own goals. Like no other gym I have encountered, it builds a sense of family. A year ago I would’ve never thought I would be going to any CrossFit gym but now I am 6 months in and shocked at how much better I feel about myself. Having seen the different experience levels and support in this gym I would recommend it to anyone that wants to get into CrossFit whether they are new or have been doing it for years. All the coaches are understanding of adjustments that may be needed while also knowing when you should be pushing yourself a little more. They definitely do not let you slack which is exactly what I needed to hold myself accountable. Special thanks to Coach Shawn, Lily and Katie for making the early morning classes worth getting up for!

I have been a member since 2012. Back then, there was only 1 other CrossFit gym within 25 miles. Now there are dozens. But the community, the programming and the coaching is unmatched at RedShed. Whether you are looking to drop in for a day or looking for a new fitness community of friendships, I guarantee you will not be disappointed here. We have athletes of all ages and fitness levels and everyone is welcomed just the same.

I've been training at Red Shed CrossFit for some time now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and create a welcoming atmosphere. The variety of workouts is challenging yet fun, and the gym is well-equipped with top-notch gear. I've been a member for 8 years now (this month is my anniversary!)! I was always into fitness before but realized how much I didn't know over the recent years since joining RedShed. From owners and coaches, past and present, along with my fellow Shedhead members, I've taken total control of my health. I'm so grateful and thankful for this great community coming into my life and honored to be a part of it.

I started at RedShed back in my early 50’s so it’s never to late to start exercising!!! Now over 15 years later I still attend daily. No doubt exercising has saved my life but the camaraderie and excellent coaching keeps me motivated and keeps me coming back. I truly love getting up in the morning knowing I will see my friends. There is very little ego in our gym and we truly celebrate each other’s accomplishments. If you’re considering joining a gym please check us out! It would be great to have you be a part of our community!!!

RedShed CrossFit is the most amazing place to workout! I started going to RedShed right before I got pregnant and due to the amazing and accommodating coaches, I was able to safely workout my ENTIRE pregnancy which is a huge reason I was able to have such a smooth postpartum recovery.The community is so warm and welcoming and it’s the best getting to workout there. I cannot recommend RedShed enough!

The best thing I did in 2022. I went in with a lot of conflicting thoughts in my mind. The first few days of training and then few weeks of real sessions made me feel home. Now almost 2 years when i look back I love this place and has become an important part of my daily routine. Best trainers and members you can get. Very welcoming and encouraging.

I've had the opportunity to visit a number of boxes throughout my travels. Hands down, Redshed is the best. Their sessions are challenging for every athlete that walks through the door. You will be encouraged to push your limits, both physically and mentally. All the while, safety and longevity remain top priorities. The facility, equipment, and coaches are all top notch!

I have been coming to CrossFit RedShed for just under 2 months now. I have been to two other CrossFit facilities in the past and my experience at The Shed has been nothing short of phenomenal. The workouts are so beautifully structured, so constantly varied WITHIN the workout, day-to-day AND week to week. Although my experiences were positive at the other facilities, I can now appreciate how dedicated ALL the coaches are to a truly inspirational program. I can't possibly see how it could be run any better. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The coaches are awesome and knowledgeable instructing in meaningful ways. I am older yet I am still improving In skill work and weight lifting. I have belonged to my fair share of gyms, but l have found my forever gym in the Shed.

You cannot beat the excellent coaches here! Shawn leads energizing morning classes and the other coaches I have met are also knowledgeable and provide helpful cues so you know which muscles to use. Good playlists, high quality equipment, and nice to see easy access to cleaning supplies. I have never had concerns about cleanliness here. I highly recommend!
