Told two weeks to repair checked on status 29 days later said it’s done no call from them very unprofessional business wants to just argue with customer instead of just apologizing. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Very satisfied with Puffin Jewelry. They have done many repairs for us over the years and we’ve always been happy. They are super nice and do quality work at a reasonable price. They also have a neat collection of estate pieces if you enjoy that as I do. Definitely make them your first stop.

I left several pieces to be repaired and a ring to be made bigger (we agreed how it was to be done). She asked that I give them some time. So I did.Called yesterday and was told they had a question about the ring. When I went in today she asked me the same question on what we had already agreed on. AND they didn’t work on any of the other items. I asked why they didn’t call me????They are nice people but…….

I’m a Railroad employee who occasionally needs a new watch battery or a watch repair. I’ve been going here for years. They can replace two watch batteries in about 15 minutes while you wait, great service!The two chairs in the waiting area are a nice touch. Very nice people and a family owned business. I Highly recommend.

Puffin jewelry fixed a silver chain for me and replaced a battery in a wrist watch. It appears to be a family run business. Everyone is so nice and goes out of their way to help. My chain was fixed in less than a week and the watch battery done while I waited. They do all the work on the premises. There prices are very good and the work they do is the best I’ve found. After fixing my chain they cleaned it to the point where I have never seen it so shiny before. I would definitely recommend and go back. They also have a very nice selection of jewelry.

The man was disrespectful told me that I shouldn't be talking to him like that when all I wanted to do was get my ring fixed . He proceeded to tell me I was being disrespectful when all I told his was to check my ring after it was done to check the diamond on it to see if it was real. I'm not getting a fake diamond in my 1,400$ wedding ring . Not worth all they put me threw !!!????

This is a family owned business in a brick and mortar store. I purchased a gold chain for my son for Christmas. The woman that helped me never rushed me and was so helpful. So it came time for my 50th birthday and I went back to buy a chain for myself. Her son Greg helped me. Again he took.his time and talked me through the purchase to make sure I got what I wanted. I ordered the chain and it came in on time as promised in one week. Their prices are fair and customer service is top notch. I will be back for another purchase when my daughter turns 16 in September.

Puffin Jewelry is amazing! They replaced batteries in some of my boyfriend's watches yesterday and even fixed his pocket watch for him. It was reasonably priced, as where the pieces on display that we looked at while waiting. He had the biggest smile on his face for the rest of the day because of the amazing work they did..
