“This place is great. I have been there 2 times and between waiting for a car in front of me to finish and the oil change, it was less than 30 minutes! Way better than waiting for hours at the dealership, and don't even have to get out of the car. All for about $50. People who work there are friendly as well. I will be returning.”
“My 2004 Honda Oddysey broke down on the highway, and I had it towed to JD Auto. Although it needed a new transmission and I decided to junk the car, they were very pleasant to deal with and they were very nice about me leaving my car in their lot for a few days until it got picked up. “So while traveling away from home my daughter caught a flat tire on route 15 , she googled tire repair and made it to this shop . Afterwards she called me to tell me how nice the shop keeper was to her and got her back on the road with a tire repair (No charge ) . Every dad out there should be happy and at ease knowing there are still people out there (strangers) that will always do the right thing for a kid in need of help ! “The STS on Rt 46 in Dover has given me consistent and reliable service over the years. Today I took my zero turn tires here to get them mounted. Mounting mower tires is not what they typically do, but that didn't stop them from helping me out. They did remove the old tires, but didnt have the equipment specific for mowers, which is understandable. That said, their customer service was excellent. They took my work on even though they were busy, and they did it at no charge. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, Ron and his team are world class people!”
“The owner is as honest and professional as they come. I purchased an E350 Coachman in the area and the breaks failed. No RV shop would help me and I was passing threw doing journeyman engineering work. All shops said they could not lift the vehicle. I called desperately around and found Arsenal. They used heavy floor jacks and made it happen. Thanks again for saving me guys!”
“We’ve been using this mechanic for years probably been 10 + years. He’s the only guy I trust to touch my car. He quickly diagnoses the issue, gives me an honest timeframe and fair price. I have in the past occasionally ventured off for oil changes and tire rotations estimates but end up coming back for the consistent great service and good prices. I usually don’t let my wife take the car to mechanics because they will rip her off but he’s an honest good man. 10/10 in my book”

“I really like this place. The owner is friendly and kind, and never tries to up sell. Service is fast and accurate. I've been going here for 10+ years for oil changes, oil / air / cabin filters, and the occasional transmission fluid service. They also have windshield wipers at a reasonable price and install them for free. I've never once been unhappy with the service.”

“This place was the first time there and it was friggin AMAZING.... They even got inside the cup holders.... They found a new customer without a doubt.... I was waiting for the windshield to get that foggy smut after driving a bit and it never happened.... really really great place for the first time... I splurged and got the special and it was like a mini detailing.... very very good and I recommend.... I wish I took pictures but next time I will..”
