I have horrible veins, they are thin, deep, they roll and collapse..Rosa is amazing x10. She gets my vein everytime.. no multiple sticks. I call her my favorite vampire. Lol. So glad I found her. 5 stars for sure. Anyone with bad veins Rosa will be ur favorite.

I usually dont leave reviews but I come to this facility often for routine labwork for the last few years and each time Rosa does the most amazing job. As someone who HATES needles and cant even look at them Rosa makes it a quick and painless experience each time.

Place got me in and out quickly once I was called back. Tech was very friendly. I'd suggest later hours....open till noon Saturdays and have a late night during the week. Staff tech literally said "I don't know why we're not open later" and I didn't bring it up but agree!

Laurie and Rosa were AMAZING for our 1 year old’s bloodwork appointment. So friendly, very comforting, and got it on the first try. Would give 10 stars if I could.

If you have a child who needs bloodwork done, you MUST go here and ask for Rosa. She was incredible with my 1 year old at our first bloodwork appointment. Calm and gentle, one quick prick and it was over! She did an amazing job taking blood and making the process way less stressful. Laurie assisted Rosa and she was comforting, as well. I recommend Rosa to anyone with children!

Despite having tiny veins, I usually have a positive experience at this location. At most recent blood draw the "flub"otomist dug around in my arm, left a huge bruise, AND didn't get enough of a sample so I had to have the draw redone (went to a different location and had a better experience). If you go to this location, Louis is awesome (if he is still there)

I have had the opportunity to use this facility a few times now, so can speak from experience. I have always been treated very well. Check in has been seamless and very efficient. Wait times have always been short. The folks at the front desk have always been pleasant and professional but always adding a personal touch of friendliness. You feel comfortable and welcome. The phlebotomists that I have dealt with at this location have been great (and I am one who absolutely hates needles)! Again, they have been friendly and have made me feel comfortable. Everyone seems to go above and beyond. Thanks for continued good experiences.

My wife and I were there earlier today for our biometrics and wellness tests. We were taking in immediately, no Waiting Time, No attitudes No Hassles.Being phlebotomist our selves it wasn't easy to be on the opposite side and trust others, but Kathleen put us a ease right away, so very gentle and courteous, she definitely has excellent Patient Bedside Manners which meant the world to us.Kudos to Succasunna's awesome office coordinator Laurie, awesome Supervisor Sandra and Awesome Lead Ruthie.I will definitely recommend my family and friends to labcorp Succasunna's Patient Service Center for their future labs, biometrics, wellness and pre-employment Drug Screen testing needs.Were very glad we choosen labcorp for all our labs and future tests needs.We would like to thank Succasunna's LabCorp for going above and beyond for all our lab blood test future needs, knowing we can only expect nothing but their very best every single time. I have very small veins and usually have a difficult time when drawing out blood, so I know to come to this lab and ask for Rosa. She is superb! Always gets it done perfectly on the first try.
