Gave cashier $10 for 2 32 oz snapples hands me back $1.50. Andover Krauszer’s probably the only one I don’t get ripped off at when I pay cash. Dover and Roxbury got some scummy employees.

Check the Expiration Dates on your food and beverage items. They sold me a Pepsi that was 8 months expired.

Came in with questions about a product for a friend of mine for something behind the counter of which I know nothing about (no not the KRATON that they SHOULD not be selling - she's a smoker who rolls her own and was looking for filter papers or something) The staff could not be bothered, the guy did not know his own products, and told me to come in with someone who has MS and have her show him products he sells in his own store. Advice: A KRATON is ILLEGAL AND KILLS PEOPLE B. If a customer already has 30$ worth of merchandise on the counter, you don't tell him to bring his handicap friend in because he can't be bothered to show you something from behind the counter. C. Telling them you are too busy to help them because 3 people are standing in line, when you offer to wait until they are done--are on the other side of the store offering to wait, and they are so rude that you just leave because they can't be bothered even though 2 other employees are standing there--who also don't know the products--means you're basically either completely stupid, or pretending your a grocery store instead of some kind of weird head shop. There is a much better store up the street in Landing and several up rt 10 and 46, don't waste your time with people who don't care about you enough that they are willing to lose a 30+ sale because they don't care about their customers. Maybe when they have an ambulance to bring my friend with MS to them, I'll go back. I don't understand why the people in this town are so rude to basically anybody else after moving back here from Essex County.

Krauszer's use to be great for locals but they're are now so nasty and rude. As someone who lives so close I visit this store a lot and tonight I had a whole new experience. The lady "BUBBA?" Was so rude and the way she spoke to me and my friend was unacceptable. She sold us a broken product with the knowledge it was broken and wouldn't let ya return or exchange. That kind of costumer service is embarrassing and disrespectful. so some advice for anybody who is looking to shop here.. DONT. SHOP AT ROCKMART WHERE THE WORKERS TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY

This place is horrible. Everything is priced 3x higher than shoprite. They almost charged me $20 for milk OJ and an iced tea. No thanks. I'll just drive the 3 minutes to Shoprite.

Check the dates on anything you buy , bought a bottle of diet Coke on Jan 30,2015 with a date of Oct 27,2014 , it went flat the day after it was opened , took it back and at first the guy tried to argue with me until I found others from Dec 2014 , then he changed his tone .
