The store is nothing to brag about, has the basic needs for a convenience store. The deli I'm not sure about since I was there at 8 am and didn't want food. The reason for the 1 star is that the guy behind the counter was not friendly at all, I tried making small talk, asked how he was and what not, dude wouldn't even look at me, just kept scanning. Although I was in and out quick but he could of worked and talked little more, and for that reason I'm not sure I'll be back.

Employees are very rude and will look at you as you watch into the store and not greet you. Their clothing selection has also gone SO DOWNHILL. They're very picky with what they'll buy from you, however the clothes on the ranks are outdated and ugly. Their prices have also gone up a lot. 1/5 stars from me.

I can't give a rating very disappointed but in order to post this I had to mark a star...every time I've been there to drop clothes off they barely take anything and if they do chances are you won't walk out with anymore than a whopping $30 for 3 bags of clothing. They tell you the items are outdated???? I have nice items some with tags still on them!!! I'm going to try a different place recommended by a friend. Don't waste your time here.

Only have ever purchased here but my daughters love the clothes & I love the prices. Hit & miss like any other consignment store. Very nicely organized. You're not pulling through stuff. Staff is ok. Clothes are great.

Overall a good place to shop. I've found great items here. The employees aren't that welcoming. They seem miserable the entire time. Sold clothes here, they don't take much. Had brands like j crew and loft that they didn't accept. Also had American Eagle jeans they didn't take either.

This Plato's is so organized. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they have everything arranged. I've sold to them about 3 times now and the turnout is usually good, I've gotten from $30 to $100 for my items! I wasn't expecting to receive that much cash for my stuff but very happy about it. The staff is pretty friendly, I haven't had any problems coming here! The shoe selection could be widened a bit but otherwise it's a cute store, good prices.

You can find some nice pieces here, but the staff do not make you feel welcome. Definitely needs some work.

The worst Plato's I have ever been to I happen to stop in there today because I was on a work assignment and thought I would drop off clothes after work the sales girl was dirty and unkempt wearing spandex pants looking like nothing else was underneath them her hair was A mess she barely took time to look at my clothes and then proceeded to roll them into a ball back into my container which I had them all neatly folded for them the clothes I was selling were cleaner and in better shape than what I saw on the racks there one girl also eating chips wiping her hands on her pants and then handling customers clothing it wasn't until I returned home 50 minutes away that I realized I was missing a bag of bracelets after calling the store the manager called me back to say they looked at the video cameras and could see her placing the bag back in the bag that perhaps the bag had fallen out by my fault when carrying the container out of the store yet they say the bag was tucked in by a brand new pair of sneakers I had brought in which they did not purchase I will never go back to this Plato's not because of the fact that they did not buy much but for the carelessness and disrespect To the customers belongings and the fact that a sales person should look clean while at their job since I have to give it a rating because of the app it will be a one star when I would definitely give it no stars do not go to this Plato's!!!!!!

I never understand secondhand stores that sell brands like Forever 21+H&M, they're already so cheap why would I buy then secondhand when I could buy then for a few dollars more at the actual store. I like how organized this store is, and there are some good gems to be found such as $12 Lululemon sports bras, but I'm not paying $6 for a Forever 21 tee that was probably $8 to begin with. Overall not a bad store to find some good cheap things.

The staff can be kind or rude and make you feel like you are somehow inconveniencing then by needing them to ring up your purchases. The selection is decent, however, I would not recommend selling here if you plan on making any money at all. I brought in probably about 300$ worth is hoodies and clothes (some of which still had tags on it) and they offered me like $23 for everything.

We had a full bin of clothing to sell and after an hour they told us they only want young women's clothing. Waste of 2 hours.

Stopped here on a whim - they took some of my items. Overall friendly store/staff. Good selection to buy-- seemed to have more upscale items than the other Platos closet locations. Well organized! I'd return!

This store has gone so downhill. For starters, the customer service is TERRIBLE. The employees - who are mainly in their late 20s - are extremely nasty. Everytime I walk into the store all the employees behind the register look at me and do not greet me. Is it that difficult to say a simple "Hi, how are you?" My experience at the register when paying is the same. I'm always the first person to greet the worker, not the other way around. The merchandise in the store always isn't great. Platos closet refuses to take clothes that "aren't in style or trendy", yet most of the items there are ld and outdated. This store needs a major revamp or they'll be losing lots of business.
