Quick and courteous. I really appreciate not getting out of my car for the wash process (I don't understand why some car washes do this, it's an added nuisance to the process). The towel dry at the end is what makes the service exceptional IMO.

I went to this car wash today around 10:45.. while car wash all of the sudden it stopped and 30 seconds later it started again and I heard some noise didn’t know what was it.. after I came home I saw that one side of the car has long scratches from to the back.. I went back there to show them.. the guy called himself an owner, came with form strip showing me what they use.. he didn’t even bother to see the damage.. he was very rude and disrespectful.. I have been going to this place for over 15 years for all my 3 cars. Today was the last trip.. definitely need to find new car wash who respect their customers and don’t lie.. also I will make sure to tell as many people as I can about this place.. they should not be in the business.. will be calling business bureau.. they don’t even give a receipt so they don’t have to show cash business..IRS should do an audit on them..

Worst car wash in morris County employees rude and nasty soap leftover on car not enough water to wash off and they wipe the soap out with cloth leaving the car in a mess!!

Went to use the vacuum,put in my 3 quarters and it ran for 5 minutes which is ok,then I inserted 3 more quarters and it wouldn't turn on or return my quarters, won't go there again.

Just another mediocre car wash. I paid for the Extreme....no one washed my wheels and they came out filthy. I pulled into the next parking lot and wiped the brake dust off. I paid for tire shine.....spotty application, as most of the tire was missed. I would try elsewhere.

First visit, so I didn't know what expect since there wasn't any current reviews or tips. I decided to go and was quite surprised the cleaning the car wash did. Lastly, the one guy performing the dry off...he did an excellent job!!

Would not recommend going here. I went to this car wash hoping to have a good experience, which was not the case. When entering the car wash, I was told to put my car in neutral and not press the brakes, which I did. A few seconds later, the car suddenly stopped and the worker began yelling and cursing at me. I was told I supposedly pressed the brakes (Which I did not) and got yelled at even more. Once the machine started up again, everything went smoothly for about 5 feet. The machine stopped and the same worker began cursing at me again to stop pressing the brakes. I hadn’t pressed the brakes nor did I do anything to change the position of the car. This happened around 5 more times, until I reached the end. Another worker approached me and told me to drive and get my car dried. The rest of the people were nice and informed me that he was like this to lots of people. He should learn to respect and not yell at people for no reason.

How are people still going to this place? The manager is a mad man and was using foul language when trying to navigate me into the car wash. He cursed me thrice and even told me that I don't know how to drive a car.Please stop going to this nasty place. If a business cannot respect its customers, it doesn't deserve to get any business.Check other reviews - the owner never admits his fault and keeps blaming the customers.Terrible experience.
