I told him exactly what I wanted and he got to work to figure out what would be the best phone & plan for my family. He was honest & helpful which made me want to buy the product even more as he wasn't trying to force me to purchase unnecessary items or trick me into something. He stuck to the topic and showed such a high level of professionalism. I left that day with a new phone and an added line all thanks to Cesar! I wasn't sure at first how it would go but he is the only reason that we were quick to jump and complete our purchase! Verizon is lucky to have Cesar!”

“Went to the store to look at new monitors, I met Claude who showed me around and helped me pick one, he helped me get a great price on it too! When I was leaving I was going to make two trips to my truck but Claude took what I couldn’t carry and helped me load it up in one trip.
