I purchased a vehicle from Bloom Auto on July 1, 2024. On July 7, 2024 the vehicle broke down on the highway. It was a Sunday and not much was open. Thank God a State Trooper stopped to help me get a tow company. After 4 hours waiting in the sweltering heat and $450 later I was towed to a mechanic near my home so that I could walk home. July 8, 2024 I called Bloom Auto and spoke to Mike Bloom Sr. and explained what happened which was the exhaust, muffler, flexpipe and cat converter exploded and fell down underneath the vehicle. And of course none of these parts are covered under the warranty. First thing Mr. Bloom said was accuse me of doing things that could not have caused rusted parts to fall off the vehicle and took No accountability for selling a damaged vehicle. I asked for some help/refund towards the toll and repairs and he yelled at me loudly "I'm not going to give you anything towards the towing or repairs" and hung up the phone on me! To date the GMC Terrain Denali is parked in my driveway with the rusted parts underneath the vehicle. This is 20 days of having to find alternate transportation and No help from Bloom Auto. Buyers Beware of Bloom Auto's deceptive and fraudulent practices! They have numerous complaints against them.

I called about looking at an Audi A4 2014 manual. I called to look at the car the next day at 12. He told me he had an audi himself and was very excited for me to see the car. He also told me he would call at 11 to confirm my appointment. Did not get a call. We drove all the way to the dealership and when i entered i was not greated very warmly. I was told to look for i believe Rob. Young guy with chains. When i told him the car i was looking at he told me he was up late the night before selling the car to somebody else. Mind you, this whole interraction was barely 5 minutes long and the guy couldnt look me and my girlfriend in the eyes. The whole time his face was stuffed into paperwork wirh a nasty attitude. He told us he would meet us in the lot soon. We waited around for 15 minutes looking at the cars in the lot and since it was hot outside we decided to leave. The customer service is aweful. There were 2 people in that building and the lady to our right did not acknowledge us at all and neither did he for about a minute.
I understand that they were offered the sale and the guy payed in cash that night in full. I would just appreciate a better experience if i am going to purchase their cars as well as communication so that we did not have to waste our time. I expected better since my girlfriend had purchased a volkswagen 2017 passsat here and the experience was positive. I was shocked to find this experience horrible.
Lack of communication, i would recommend taking your hard earned money to a dealership that will care about your business. I want to also clarify that the dealership at this time was not busy with the building being empty and 1 test driver coming back while we were 10 minutes into the lot.

It's been about 2 months since I purchased a family vehicle from Bloom Auto & the experience was excellent. The purchase went a lot smoother than expected. I've visited other auto dealers & Bloom Auto was very pleasant to work with. Rob in Sales disclosed all the fees & taxes and was able to work out a purchase price within budget. The vehicle did have one issue when I drove it home, I called Rob and later spoke with Mike & they were able to resolve it as soon as possible. My wife & I really appreciated the prompt attention to the issue and so far we're very happy with the quality of the vehicle they stock at their dealership. Hope to purchase another quality vehicle from them in the future. Also wanted to add a thanks to Crystal who helped me with the Motor Vehicle documents transfer & title. Thanks everyone!

Never buy a car from these people, they rigged everything. The door panel is held on with electrical tape and black playdo as in the pictures and they spray painted the vents and seats etc so with it getting hot out it’s all bobbling up, under the hood is missing a bunch of bolts and the engine cover had duck tape under it to hold it on, the ac quit working 1-1/2 after words and after I bought the car gave them over 3k down 2 days later they called saying the loan wasn’t approved so idk how they give “away” a car if the loan didn’t go through all the way and when I went there to talk in person they had no idea what I was talking about, anytime I called they would never answer or call back they are very unprofessional a bunch of kids that have no idea what they are doing, look at other reviews everyone knows they are bad etc

I wanted to wait to write a review about this dealership to really get to know how well the car would do. And I have to say I’ve had my car for now four months and I have no complaints everything is to my liking. It’s a great car I haven’t had any troubles with it besides minor fix ups like brakes and tires. I also of course have to compliment the staff who are just wonderful friendly and extremely helpful during this process. Car shopping can be stressful, but at this dealership, everything just went so well and smooth. I had such a great experience with them that I’m trying to convince my dad to buy a car from them as well. He’s just waiting for the right car, but I’m sure he’ll be shopping there pretty soon. Thank you so much for selling me the 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee.

Both Mike and Greg were great to work with and super friendly. Got a great vehicle for a reasonable price. Got all the right information, all of my paperwork was easy, and they got my title in the mail quickly which made getting CO plates nice and easy.

Bought a 2016 Mini. 24 hour later the interior door breaks and I had to climb out the passenger seat. Next. A rim cracked. The mechanic showed me that it was welded and the letter LF painted on it. Oddly it was the left front that nearly came off at 60 mph on RT 80. Now the oil pan is shot. Not more than 3 months and I’m already out over $1000 in repairs.

He was very professional, courteous of our time, answered all of our questions, and worked with us every step of the way to ensure we walked out with a price we were happy with.
