Very slow service. Unfriendly staff. Never enough tellers. One teller was counting out her drawer looking for an error at 11 in the morning. Said she wasn’t going to look for it at 2:00at the end of her shift. The line was out the door.

Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this branch. The lady banker was very unfriendly, cold, and just an unpleasant experience. Will try to avoid this place if I can.

Worked with an agent named John La Rocca while trying to get a home equity loan (HELOC). At first he was responsive and very helpful. I have multiple sources of income, and he told me my primary income would be sufficiant enough to aquire the loan. So, i gave him all the documents he requested leaving out my supplimental income. It turned out my primary income was not enough to get a HELOC and I was denied. When I contacted him about this sitution, he told me I wasn't apporoved because if the ratios. But, he thought I was asking for a substantial amount more money than I needed. So, he asked for documnents on my other income and I told him the significant less amount of money I needed. He told me he will talk to whoever he needed to and get back to me. Never heard from him again. Tried to follow up with emails, but nothing. DO NOT try to get a HELOC with this company.

Just 2 people (and with a bad attitude) working here today and 10 customers waiting to be helped !!! I've sat here for at least 30 mins just to access my safety deposit box.

My wife went to this bank to pay her credit card, they took her money then told her she didn't give amount that she stated. Gave her a receipt for $100. less and told her goodbye.

Just went to the Succasunna location. The worst welcome ever. The worker barely talked to me, seemed overwhelmed and overall rude.

Called this bank asking if they are open during a snowstorm to open a new account. We drove 30 minutes and they say that they are closing in 15 mins. Poor customer service, not recommending this place

I have previously had employees help me out by counting the amount I get in my tips from work since they fluctuate and I don't have time during the end of shifts to count out my deposits. But today an employee refused to deposit my money into my account, because I didn't have a estimated amount.

This bank may not have the worst customer service in the industry - but they sure come close. Bank of America is known for horrible customer service and this branch is a prime example of everything people hate about BOA.
