I had such a great experience at Auto Magic. The team is amazing. Lauren and Albert are knowledgeable, caring and communicative. Most of all, I felt the information they were giving me was honest and straightforward and I believed I was developing a trusting relationship with them while my car was in there care, a rare experience in the automotive industry now a days. I highly recommend them for all you car care needs.

I brought my daughters car for service, 2010 mini cooper ,They didn’t fix the problem also they did an oil change, and just find out that oil plug was loose so there’s oil everywhere, also they ate the tread of the plug wt power tools ????won’t ever be back.

I would like to start off by saying that Automotive Magic is the best mechanic shop I ever been to, they took care of my baby like it was a Lamborghini. That has been my problem with other mechanics they never diagnosed my car like they wanted to fix the problems afterwards. I would have never known my car had all these problems with any other place. All I ask for is honesty and professionalism that's what I received at Automotive Magic, they did a fantastic job with my car, she's riding like new. The prices were shocking at first but it wasn't their fault so many things needed fixing, she's a older car and it was mostly wear and tear . Worth keeping. Thank you guys for all your hardwork and detailed process. I could go on more but I think you guys get the picture. I totally recommend if you're serious about fixing your car.

I got a call a few weeks ago from Lauren following up on the deferred work of my Civic. She informed me of what was coming up and (predictably) due. I knew I needed tires... I got things scheduled for a few weeks later, which was yesterday! Last Wednesday Lauren called me again and we got my services confirmed and an estimate of $1500. All my work got done and the final bill was $1403, and I'm stoked! They keep track of all my service so I don't have to (don't ask me what I got done- they know so I don't have to). My car runs smooth again, I got an honest assessment of what would be coming up and when (I hear a thud from my clutch and Pete says it's got a bit of time until it needs to be replaced). Ben found tires less than I did, Lauren was caring and knowledgeable, and Pete did a great job! Thanks Automotive Magic for keeping me on the road safe and happy!

My Jeep Wrangler needed a new head gasket and manifold. Ben and the team provided first class service from the time I called for an appointment, to the day of pickup. They are friendly, communicate with updates and genuinely treat you like they want your business. My Jeep is running like new again. Thanks Automotive Magic!

Brought the car in for a 100,000 mile service as well as a shake I had at highway speed. Authorized some work and found some line items that I didn't need on the bill. When I double checked some of those line items they were not completed. My concern was that if they are not detail oriented enough to notice the small things, than why or how could I trust the larger repairs to be done with anymore care.UPDATE: I was called by owner and the details of my issues were reviewed. A plan was put in place to correct an understandable issue. Things do happen and the response to those issues is what matters, Sean made the effort to correct them.
