DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED! I was driving home on rt 10 and noticed that i only had 12 miles of gas in my tank so i stopped at this station and gave the attendant $10 to pay for $10 of gas, as i'm leaving i notice that my fill tank icon is still lit so i pull off to the side before i leave and see that after paying for $10 worth of gas i still only have 12 miles to empty. i start the car a few times to see if the gauges change and they don't so i get out of the car and politely ask about why i paid for $10 of gas only to not have any fuel in my car and the attendant responds by screaming at me that "it's not [his] f***ing car i don't give a s***" and refused to give me a receipt for my purchase. at that point i decided it was best to just leave rather than press the issue because the attendant was significantly larger than me and by the way he started yelling just from me asking a question i didn't want to find out what would happen if i pushed the issue. i'm just thankful that i didn't pay with card because i have no doubt that i would have lost even more than $10 in cash

Attempted to overcharge when repairing our van tried to charge $1350 to change a water pump, alternator and serpentine belt. And we prepaid for the parts! Every mechanic I spoke with said at most, 4 hours labor for that job. Owner Carl is very nasty

Carl at Arrow Auto Repair is the absolute best. My family has been going to him since he started his business and I will continue to do so. He is always fair and honest and so easy to work with. He will do his best to save money while still ensuring your car is worry free. I would recommend him to anybody. A friend recommended Carl and I am so glad they did. He was able to diagnose the issue with my car, and then took it a step further and fixed the broken part instead of just replacing it, which saved me $150. He also included a 1 year warranty on his repair. I will definitely be a repeat customer when the time comes.
