why this office close from 1:30 to 3:00 for lunch? only one person running the office!!!!

Requested a redelivery and they never showed up. Now I try to request it again and they won't allow it. Also I had two packages over the past few months that were never delivered but it says that it was. I'm definitely filing a complaint against them

Why is the post office closed for an hour and a half for lunch everyday makes no sense can't even get in to just check my po box just ridiculous and so inconvenient to drive her 2 and 3 times a day and week just to see if they are open ridiculous
