So on April 3 I stopped by with a toolbelt to ask them if they could re-wrap the pockets which were damaged from use. I had contacted the manufacturer of the belt and they had sent me the actual material that they use.
The woman at the shop took the belt in the back and showed the gentleman when I was looking for and they said that it would be no problem. I went on vacation and I returned on April 12. When I stop by the store on April 13. The belt wasn’t ready yet.
The woman told me that they had to sew the edging on one of the two pockets. I received a call a few hours later that the belt was ready. When I picked it up, I realized What a huge mistake I had made taking it to the shop.
Why can’t merchants Just be honest when you ask them if they can do something and say if they can, or they can’t.
I’m pretty sure I could’ve done a better job.
$50 in the trash plus the cost of the material.
If you look at the picture with the double pocket, you realize that the pocket on the left is now about an inch and a half smaller than the one on the right. Why?

The owner a few years ago was great but sold the business the people working there now dont have a clue of what they are doing. I got an all black leather coat that I took to replace the zipper. The short cut the whole process never stiched the new zipper glued it on instead and the original was black and they took it upon themselves to put a gold one on it. Never again stay away alot more better shops in the area.

Very friendly. Took a pair of my shoes there after looking for another shoe repair place. The one in my area was not like it use to be. So I ventured out and located Roselle Shoe Repair. Was very satisfied because I didn't think my heels could be repaired. Well they did and excellent repair and it didn't take long. I will be returning with some of my other shoes, as well as recommend others as well. Thank you Roselle Shoe Repair for you now have a customer for life. ?

I've come here for years! Today I picked up my Burberry loafers that I had brought in before to have them sew the sole. They glue them back and told me they couldn't sew them. That tells you how much they know about shoes (European shoes are not glued together) I had brought them in before and the old owner was the one that told me he would sew them for them to last longer. My other shoes didn't fix with glue as I waited. Would never come back. The glue is already separating! For glue, this guy charged me $36.00, It's already coming separating.

My dad has been getting his shoes shinned since he was in the military, that being said he expected his expensive shoes to be shined handled with care. He did not expect his shoe shine to take 4 mins . He is we very disappointed
