The Retro wash and fold is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful, the turnaround time is excellent (usually the same day) and I could never, in a million years, fold my clothes as neatly and evenly as they do! I should just sell my washer and dryer ?

Today, Monday, April 15, at 7:19 pm, I found the door closed and the person in charge from inside tells me with signs that there is no more service and on Google maps it says that the hours are until 8:30

Retro wash and fold is AMAZING!!!! I ALWAYS have a great experience when I use them! They’re super fast I usually get my clothes back the same day if they’re not busy! Love love love this place!!! Phil and his staff are PHENOMENAL!!!!!

Hours clearly state an 8 am start time, I’m here at 8:45am and the doors are locked and there are no lights on!!!. Owners customer service is horrible as well!.

The staff and their work is amazing. We had water damage and had to have 425 pounds of clothing that took on water and had a mildew smell washed. We obviously expected them to take some time to complete this job but they called 2 days later to let us know that the clothes were washed and folded and ready to be picked up. Nana is the very best. The clothes smelled great and they did a great job. Can’t recommend them enough.

This place has been more and more expensive to do laundry at $2.25 for 1 tide pod nearly 6 dollars for a small bottle of tide detergent the bathrooms are horrible.

We were experiencing some inconsistencies with our previous laundry service and were looking to switch. We came across Retro's site and reached out. Phillip reached back out to us promptly and provided us with all the necessary information. Phillip and his staff blew us away when we received our first drop off- everything was super clean, beautifully & efficiently folded, and smelled wonderful. Since then, he has always been available for any questions or changes in service we may need. We are very pleased with our decision to change.

If you dread laundry days, Retro Laundromat has excellent customer service, excellent prices and excellent service. My only regret is that I hadn’t been using their wash & fold service sooner! I highly recommend them
