Give Kim a raise! She was so professional and personable! Was in & out, seamless process with a straightforward explanation.

This is the most disgusting Quest diagnostic I have ever been to. The staff are not helpful and all of them are mainly rude. They don’t want to work and unwilling to assist patrons with basically anything.

I went there for Pediatric blood work. We were called five minutes after we checked it. The phlebotomist I believe her name was Noemi was the best.

Don’t come here!!! They loose your tests, then they make you call another place and they don’t know anything!! I had this important blood test for immigration and they lost it!! It a waste of time!!!

Incompetent staff simple blood work. 3 times punctured with a needle in same spot. All 3 times needle is the moved left to right and up down motion to find a vein. The staff member tells me this is normal procedure. Save your self the pain go somewhere else.

Current:Quest allows walk-ins so I walked in on 12Jan2023 at 8am (I had a prior appt but had to delay bc I was feeling sick). There were 4 people ahead of me. I registered at the kiosk which allowed me to register as a standby/walk-in. I saw my name on the wait list screen. After an hour, the staff walks out and says they are not taking any walk-ins and they only take appointments. I was upset as the kiosk allowed me to register as a walk-in. How do they decide an hour later that they will not support walk-ins. They just decided this out of the blue? There should be a sign on the door that says appointment only, no walk-ins and the kiosk should not allow the option for walk-ins. This place used to be great. I previously had given them a 5 star rating b/c they used to be great. Current staff is not friendly or accommodating.Prior:I’ve been going here every 3 months for several years. It’s very clean, and the staff are very friendly. I have small veins and this team are the only ones who consistently get it the first try, with no pain. I’m always in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this facility.

Very much unhappy with this location.I’m a new mom of 5 month old twins, and was 15 mins late to my appointment due to my childcare arriving late. They now have a policy that If you’re more than 10 mins late, they cancel your appointment and have to rebook. I also had to fast for this appointment, which can be dangerous to do for too long as an insulin dependent diabetic. So I tried to speak to someone to see if they could help me, and was immediately shut down. I don’t think I’m better than anyone else who has to wait, I get that. However, if someone has a health condition that makes it dangerous for them to fast for too long, I think that should be taken into consideration. I also think 10 minutes is not an appropriate amount of time to just cancel an appointment… there should be a longer grace period. This will be my last time using this location.I should also note that in the past 12 months they notoriously gave results to my medical team late for various tests I needed while pregnant. Not impressed with them. Go to a different location.

First here with my son for blood work. We check in at 7:55 for our 8am appointment and we were called in at 7:58 and out the door at 8:05am. The service was quick and easy. The phlebotomist was so sweet and answered all of our questions. The office was clean and organized as well. I would definitely love to go back for any other lab work my family might need.

Like the service and check in process. My only gripe is that no one is here to honor the 7am appointment until 7. You schedule to have your appointment at 7 but the employee arrives at 7. Other than that fast in and out service.
