The guy was really helpful. I needed a flip phone and he helped me with all the set up process and explained my grandma how to used it. Definitely recommend them.

Very unprofessional girl name Hether I added a line to my account and said that the case comes with the phone and than she charged $25 for it when I saw my receipt and talked to her Abt it she said "I thought it's free but it's too late now" . I asked to speak with the manager over the phone since she wasn't in the store but the manager said I can't return it because it's scratch. How it is scratch and I just bought it. I was really mad I won't never go back to this store and I don't advice nobody to go. They will scam you and charge you for stuff that you don't ask for.
