CVS has been my pharmacy for years. I use the one on St. George's Ave. In Linden. The pharmacy staff is warm and very helpful.
They are very good at texting when meds are available for pick up. The pharmacist can almost always reached by phone!

It is sooooo difficult to call and speak with a pharmacist!! Instead they have you speak with an automated system that is soooooo annoying!! Literally called for a 2 min convo or even less & have to go through all of that! Apart from that I don’t have an issue with obtaining any meds.

Over 25 minutes waiting on drive thru, I believe that it is meant to be the fast lane, anything that requires more research should be sent inside. And the cherry on top , they closed the line after 25 minutes of waiting

I live a good 20 minutes away from this pharmacy & started doing business with them because of the insurance I now have.
Their customer service is terrible!
I get the impression that the personnel think they are "doing us a favor." What they seem to forget is that without us (the customer), none of them would have a job...

Terrible customer service, my doctor sent my son's prescription twice to this pharmacy and when I went to see if it was ready both times they claimed they didn't get the prescription from my doctor, this has happened many times and to many patients according to my doctor. I will definitely change pharmacy and everyone in the same situation should also do the same. They don't care for their customers only for the insurance money, it's a shame and a disgrace, this place should be checked out by the company and if they can't do better they should be closed period!!!

Dropped off my prescription yesterday to be filled . Today I waited for my prescription to be filled then was called to the counter only to let two other be called again . She called me again and I went to the counter where she walked away from me . Man what is going on with this CVS pharmacy. What is Thomas Cimino doing for his district. All the pharmacy under his district is atrocious. My result is moving my script to Walgreens . Worst review with 2star now it should be 1 . 06/07/2024 9:00am-10:15am
The worst part there is never actually accountability .

Sometimes people don't understand tru drive is a way to you relax..... those employers they not robots, they have to know exactly what they doing when they serving us...so just relax they're doing great job ???

Place needs to be razed to the ground. You got crackheads flowing in left and right, people begging for money in the parking lot, it takes 30 minutes standing behind 3 people on line to pick up a prescription, and for the love of god save yourself and don’t even try with the drive through.

By far the worst, most incompentent pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. After years of having my stuff filled here, the store manager Q (the only capable employee there) suggested to find a new pharmacy since they can not fill the prescriptions coming through their store anymore. I spoke with my doctor's office after I spoke with Q, and was told from their stand point this is the worst pharmacy in Union County. VENA DOESNT CARE IF YOU DIE WAITING FOR YOUR MEDS. Seems like they are suspiciously out of stock on most medication 90% of the time. Someone from corporate should do an audit and clean house. Unprofessional at best.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero, I would there is always a mistake. They give you an attitude when they make a mistake, which is very comical and be prepared to wait at least an hour on the phone or an hour in line every single time no matter what it’s a terrible pharmacy. The customer service sucks and if I could give it zero I definitely would it’s time to change pharmacies.
