Very bad service a month ago it happened to me with my daughter the doctor sent a reset they said there was nothing after insisting so much they said the insurance did not cover the medicine I went to another one and it did cover all the medicine and today my doctor prescribed me my son went for urgent medicine and they told him there was nothing, the doctor sent copies that she had sent at 12:40, it's 6 in the afternoon and they just told my son that the insurance doesn't cover it. Well, my son just Go to another pharmacy and if it covers everything, I don't know what's going on with these employees, stop, they don't want to work, I'm going to talk to human resources so they can investigate what's going on with this Cvs la. Number one and now it is at its worst because of so many employees who do not want to do their jobs. I ask that you improve these aspects of said pharmacy

On May 26. 2023, my wife and I were given the first dose of shingle vaccine at CVS located at 1st Avenue,Roselle NJ. Today, July 26,2023, we went back to the same CVS location for our second dose. We were informed by the pharmacist, that we do not have any record that we were given the first dose of the shingle vaccine. We informed that pharmacist, that United Health Care , via their Explanation of Benefits (EOB), has already processed the claim for the first shingle vaccine shot. It appears, that the pharmacist who processed our first shingle shot on May 26,2023 did not complete or failed to process the documentation/ claim properly. Hence, the claims mentioned in United Health EOB was reverted. The pharmacist who took care of us today explained, that she had to do a research (?) before she can give us our second dose. Such incompetence to make such error. What happen to our final dose of shingle vaccine.

The pharmacy here is the worst. Spoke to a women on the phone regarding my prescription and she wouldn't let me speak once. She made claims that are not true and would not refill my medication even though my own doctor explained that it was ok. Avoid at all costs.

Staff claims passport photos are unavailable despite presence of equipment, lack of signage indicating out of order, and listing on website as valid location. Wherever the fault lies, the least that could be done is to put the customer on notice.

Yesterday (5/19/22) I went to CVS to pick up my prescription, it was a box of 4 injection pens. When I got home I read the instructions and noticed that I didn't have the actual needles to administer the medicine. I called to pharmacy to tell them that they forgot to give me the needles, they said that I needed a separate prescription for the needles from my Doctor. My thing is... if they noticed that I only had the pens how come they didn't bother to ask if I needed them or if I already had some, or tell me in order to use the pen I will need the pens that requires a prescription??? They see all the medication in your file, they should have asked if I needed the needles and told me to get the prescription from my Doctor. I called the Doctor for the prescription, I will be picking up my needles today. This place have to do better so I won't be on track administering my medication, I'm already 2 days behind.

pharmacy has horrible service. i called 2 times and was on hold for 30 minutes each time and then i was hung up on. i was registered for the covid vaccine and was told to be there 15 minutes prior to my appointment. well i was there 20 minutes before and i was told that they wouldnt take me till 9 45. they didnt get the computer up and running to sign everyone in until 10 am. wth

This location is the worst pharmacy staff, every time I come to get my prescription filled (at least 5 times) they're rude and quiet to me like they don't want to help me. Confusing. I will be going to my old pharmacy instead

I'd give this CVS location 3 stars because the service is mostly adequate. It is a little disorganized (and almost dirty) on the floor and the pharmacy takes forever to pick up the phone. The people working at the pharmacy are usually wonderful.

If you need pharmacy services, then use a different CVS! This location seems to have more pharmacy staff than anywhere else, but the service quality is a mess. When I've attempted to transfer my prescriptions there, they ended calling my cell phone to get a transfer authorization instead of calling the other pharmacy! They have also lost my prescription and then claimed that I picked it up. As pharmacies go, this one is the poster child for disorganization.
