My husband came here to deposit some checks 15 minutes before closing and they turned him away. Lazy lazy people here, I will be putting in a complaint.

Great customer service inside but the ATMs suckkkkkkk after bank hours. The ATMs either run out of cash, don't take deposits or the lines are long. They need more drive-thru ATM machines and they need someone to service the machines better.

The staff in this place are useless. I tried depositing 300 in singles and they wouldn’t take my money. The ladies just didn’t feel like counting them. Place was empty and they were doing absolutely NOTHING. They should hire new staff.

This location is great, friendly people and they take care of you quick. I work in one the stores across the street from the bank. Every morning i check whether i need change for my registers or deposit money from my store. They all know me there and take care of me quick. The only problem i have from to time with them is that they are very inconsistant of whether you need an ID to deposit money or get change. I do not have my ID all the time with because i drop my bag of at work and quickly go to the bank because my store opens at 9am on the dot as the bank does as well. Ot becomes very inconvinient due to the fact that they tell that i do not need my ID because they know me but when i do not have my ID i have to run back and get it and i have to push back the time my store is suppose to open at. They know this and i have spoken to them about it before. I love the people there and all but they need to be consistant. I have a business to tend to and i also have customers to take care of at a timely manner.

It’s bad customer service, specially the guys his name Luis, he is some bad person and keeps ask questions with out his job. It’s worst, horrible. If there’s more less will give to him.
