This by far is the worst chase branch to go to. Their customer service is awful , mind you I been a client with chase for over 7 years .

Came in on Monday told us to walk in’s were available For the next day, mind u she didn’t tell us a time frame, we come the next day like she told us at 11:30 am and we get attended by the SAMEEEE blonde Hispanic girl, she says “all of our staff got booked already from 9-10” so nowwwww she wants to tell us a time frame, do your job correctly the first time and maybe we can be there in time

I Stop By This Chase Bank To Many Teller But Only One Person For Sitting Down Customer Service, I Was Turn Aways Due To Lack Of Representative Service . I Wanted To Open Up A Chase Account . So They Want Me To Go On Line To Schedule Appointment.

Pros: Customer service is great! Staff is knowledgeable and informative. Bank is very clean and modernly updated.
Cons: The ATMs. It's the 2000's. They really need more than one ATM inside. Parking Lot is cramped and the drive up ATMs don't work.

Love chase but this location always have issues with the outside ATM and it gets crowded inside waiting to use that ATM which isn't good for people's safety. Get it together Chase.

No one ever picks up the phone at this location and there's no way of getting in contact with anyone at this location unless you drive ro the place. Unbelievable!

The money withdrawal machines are CRAP, every time I go something happens. They don't work, they should change them because one goes somewhere else and they work correctly.

Worst chase bank ever. They don’t have 100s for large amounts. Their drive through ATM does not work!!!

How can it be that the Roselle NJ drive thru ATM NEVER EVER WORKS?? Today not only did the drive thru ATM not work but the ATM inside was down as well - which is not the first time. These machines need to be replaced immediately. When you call the branch office no one answers the phone. The quality of the ATM's and their customer service is awful!

The ATM is always broken, terrible banking since they opened and this is me being nice. There is always something with this bank.
