Carstar is incredible! Someone had bumped into the trunk of my brand new model Y, so I brought it there after checking the reviews. Needless to say they are very professional, extremely nice and informative. Worked with Elder(maybe misspelled that) but he was great and one thing about the place is they are very organized!! You will see when you bring your car there. 10/10 highly recommend!

Very satisfied with the professional work they did on my Tesla. Helder the manager who oversees the EV repair, was prompt on keeping us posted with the status. They did a great job with repair. Process is smooth and easy. Delivered the car on schedule. Would recommend them anyday.

Highly recommend this place , I was in an accident and the other persons insurance sent me here at first I was like ehh rather pick my own place but I would come back again . Jorge was great! Very informative , kept me updated through everything and my car was like new when I picked it up , very clean inside like it was detailed , was finished 2 weeks before the estimate !! I just wouldn’t use their enterprise partners anymore that was a horrible experience had to switch my car out 3 times , but no problems with carstar

Last month my 2024 Tesla model Y was damaged in an accident, Carstar creative auto body repaired and restored my car perfectly to pre accident state. They told care of all the process with insurance and followed up with regular status and deliver the car faster than I expected. I highly recommend Carstar creative auto body @ Roselle.

Will not remcommed did car work on mu man car went to the people that they send my man to car didnt have check engine light on make sure check your batteris on ur car when left the shop two later want check under hood notice batteris was die the owner when thell other people they inportant and that you mean alot if anything come back make surw you get pictures before leaveing your car with them and check everything in your car before leaveing
