“Currently working on a backyard project, and Kuiken Brothers (specifically Matt E.) is the ONLY partner on time and budget. Not only was this company able to deliver the entire order in 48 hours (mind you, I’m just a homeowner with one project, I’m not a contractor with a bunch of projects), but there were no headaches. I just told Matt what I was trying to do, and he coordinated the quote, order, payment, and delivery. Didn’t even have to talk to anyone else other than the delivery driver that delivered my order (with a pallet forklift, which was critical since the project is ongoing and the yard is a complete mess)! Even more impressive, I wasn’t sure if I wanted a Trex deck, PT with Trex rails, or all PT; Matt quickly gave me multiple quotes and advised me which option was best for my specific project- which was NOT the most expensive option!As someone who works as a professional services provider, I am beyond thrilled with the level of service I’ve been provided, especially considering I am probably one of their smaller customers. “I required a unique piece to repair an old Franke faucet. I went to Hanover Supply in Chatham and Dave assisted me. This part was not in stock and was difficult to find. The entire staff was helpful in the search and it eventually required that Dave use a similar part from another brand of faucet that he had in stock. This required more than one trip to Hanover Supply to finally get it right. It also required that Dave think outside the box in order to meet my needs. Dave was very attentive and unrelenting in his search for the part that I required. I would highly recommend anyone that has plumbing needs to go to Hanover Supply in Chatham, NJ.”
