I went to install 4 new drops and I did not have a good experience. I was not satisfied with the alignment and the front tires did not tighten the tire nuts properly. I had to go somewhere else to get the car aligned.

I came to get my tire pressure checked and get a tire rotation. 10/10 service! Hernan was so helpful and knowledgeable - I’m scheduled to return in a couple months to get new tires :) highly recommend!

My elderly neighbor was having his tires rotated, and one of the ‘mechanics’ didn’t prep one of the tires properly, and broke-off one of the tire bolts. Then they tried to charge him $12 to fix their mistake…the manager said he was too busy to address the issue, so my neighbor left with a car is lesser condition than he took it there.

Prices are okay but not the best. I was charged 30 to balance and install new tire( which I purchased myself online). Most places charge 25 and a extra 5 to keep the old tire but they did stay open longer to accommodate me.

What a terrible experience. The first time they did a repair the leak wasn’t fixed properly . I came back again and the tire tech dropped and scratched my tire right in front of my eyes and tried to pretend nothing happened. The owner was rude and unprofessional He acted as if I was trying to get over on my tire change when I asked to repair rim. Never again will I give them my business!!
