“I do not recommend getting into a car accident, but if it happens, I 1000000% recommend Straightline. From the moment I walked in for my estimate, the customer service was top notch to say the least. From the awesome ladies up front, to the guys explaining what had to be done, they were awesome. They texted me updates along the way, and my car was ready almost a week before they said it would. This is literally the complete opposite of every other body shop experience I have ever had. “I couldn't give a second review so im adding to this one. My buick was in an accident and from step 1 to step 10 Nelson was there. He is one of the easiest people to deal with id advse anyone that goes there to ask for he he brakes everything down. I calld him off the hook and he never gave me anything but the highest service. When he didn't have an answer he would call back by end of day with an update couldn't ask for more. As far as the body work you cannot tell it was hit there is no orange peal at all it looks stock. They delivered it cleaner than what i gave to them. I couldn't thank Nelson and the rest of the staff enuff i will recommend them to everyone.
I took my maserati in for bumper repair turn around time was faster than expected. I was dealing with a gentleman named Nelson he mad the process very smooth treating the car as if it was his own. He took the time to go over the car before, and after. I didn't feel he sold me on anything he showed me there work and that was it I knew I made the right choice. I had him also do full paint correction and ceramic coating. When I picked it up I was looking for orange peel I couldn't find any an absolute flawless job by his crew. I couldn't be happier”

“Raul and Prestige Auto Studio really went above and beyond with our car. Our 2020 MB GLB 250 had mysterious dirt and debris everywhere that was caked on and not coming off with regular hand wash. Prestige was able to get everything off the exterior then some, including a thorough interior detail clean. To be honest the car looks even better now than from the dealer. Wonderful service and I will not hesitate to bring my cars here again! ?”

It started with Stan who was so helpful with his expertise in helping me choose a color for my tow hooks that matched my brake calipers. Stan is a consummate professional who is super fair with pricing and allowed me to wait while he expeditiously completed the job. I read all the reviews prior to me coming here, and everyone is spot on about the whole staff at new level. I would give this place 100 stars if I could. “Today was my first time going Chamo’s Hand CarWash and it definitely won’t be my last. I’m 100% satisfied with my service today. I got the VIP #3 and I even got a raffle entry for a trip to Cancun for Two and a TV. From beginning to end, they took care of me. I was little embarrassed because it’s been a while since my last wash. Nonetheless, they left my car spotless. You couldn’t wipe the smile off my face. Definitely recommend.”

“I can’t say enough about the job they did detailing my car!!! When I picked up my car I had to hurry to work but was immediately struck by how immaculate the interior was! And truth be told, it was gross before I dropped it off. The even bigger WOW came after I parked and walked around the car! I was expecting a shiny car but HOLY COW!!!! I work at a mall and my car was really scratched up and they buffed them all out! My car looks brand new!! My co-workers even commented, saying how amazing it looked! “Did a tremendous job on my 4Runner. It was scuffed and scratched up and I kind of botched a scratch repair job with overspray and bad sanding. They fixed the whole panel to like-new and also polished the entire vehicle for a very reasonable price all in less than a day. I’ll be giving them more business! Excellent. A+.”
