This pharmacy never have any of my medications in stock. I always have to wait for days until they restock. This is my last day using this pharmacy. The pharmacy department never answers the phone and would have you on hold for minutes at a time.

I sat on hold for 15minutes calling for the doctor I work for just for them to hang up right when I was taken off hold. Did not even say a word just hung up on me. When I called back I sat on hold for another 10 minutes. Don’t call unless you have free time to spare.

The store itself is fine. But their pharmacy is horrible. The workers are incredibly slow.

PROS: the pharmacy assistants are patient, sympathetic, kind, cheerful and helpful; they always make the time to explain things to me, help me find items, or just make sure I am getting my money charged correctly or discounts; the store is well clean and stocked and items are easy to find.
Cons (and why I have started shopping at CVS):
(1) the pharmacy is always out of stock of my regular prescriptions! I've had to drive to other Walgreens to get my prescriptions
(2) the Pharmacists are obnoxious--one make a snarky remark when I went on a certain type of prescription (of a delicate nature) and the other, when I requested she speak to the express online pharmacy company as they told me to ask them to do because I was trying to move my prescription from online to the physical Walgreens pharmacy, scoffed at me, and said "sure, but they'll never do it," and she never called it in! pharmacist!)
(3) the man at the register at the front of the store is the worst: his attitude is nasty unless you are a "regular" customer he knows or a friend or just random people he deems he likes (literally he will be cheery, patiently walk the person in front of me online through checking out an entering their customer card, and offer a bag), and then to me he also gets impatient and does not offer a bag, tosses my items out of the handcart onto the counter as if they are contaminated; and, he also never calls for backup no matter how long his line is!

I go out of my way to go to this walgreens. Everyone is always helpful and the store is kept well stocked and its a pleasure to shop there. I also luv the drive thru pharmacy Fast and efficient and friendly.

How can a pharmacy close at 7 o’clock every day? It’s almost impossible to get to there after work and they don’t open until 9 or 10am.For some reason, my company switched from CVS because of new insurance. I miss CVS especially the 24 hour service.

The service is as great as it can be.. there is always an issue when here , whether it's the register or power outage or something you always end up waiting & there is always a problem but I do love it & the people thatwork there are si king they make it with all the trouble

Pharmacy-note i'm a physician, went to pick up med, pharmacy tech had it in hand but told me copayment is $400 with insurance. Only to realize, they didn't have manufacturer discount in their system. Returned with coupon but said prescription 'wansnt ready yet' for pick up. Had to explain it was ready upon my first visit 10 minutes earlier. Ok, found prescription and she entered coupon into system but then insisted price was unchanged. Took prescription instead to local CVS, discount coupon already in system and price was now $16 at CVS. Clearly tech didn't know how to enter information properly but should have gotten help rather than being so arrogant. Clearly poor management and customer service. Consumer beware and be careful not to get taken advantage of. Note that prices can vary between pharmacies but not that much!

Chronically understaffed. Whether you're at the drive through or go inside, be prepared to wait at least 25-30 minutes just to pick up a prescription.

I made an appointment more than a week ago to get my updated Covid vaccine. I got email and text confirmations. In fact I received 4 text messages yesterday confirming my appointment for today. I arrived 15 minutes early as that's what they require. I went up to the pharmacy, waited for someone to get off the phone, and told her I was here for my Covid vaccine. She shook her head and said they didn't have any. She also said she called everyone to let them know. I received no phone call. She said they ran out yesterday morning. I received all 4 text confirmations after they ran out. She said she called everyone, then looked at her list and said maybe she missed it. WTF? I drove almost 1/2 hour each way to this non existent appointment. This was beyond ridiculous.

Do not use this Walgreens. I witnessed mouse droppings on the shelves in several aisles at this particular Walgreens, sad in such a nice town as Roseland. On top of it there staff is terrible they are NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED! Roz Brewer Ceo of Walgreens you are dropping the ball!!

Pharmacy was completely and randomly closed for the entire day on a Saturday. There seemed to be only one employee the entire day in the store. Now I can't get the prescriptions I need. Not sure why hours are advertised as "open" when the pharmacy is completely closed randomly on certain days
