I made an appointment more than a week ago to get my updated Covid vaccine. I got email and text confirmations. In fact I received 4 text messages yesterday confirming my appointment for today.I arrived 15 minutes early as that's what they require. I went up to the pharmacy, waited for someone to get off the phone, and told her I was here for my Covid vaccine.She shook her head and said they didn't have any. She also said she called everyone to let them know.I received no phone call. She said they ran out yesterday morning. I received all 4 text confirmations after they ran out.She said she called everyone, then looked at her list and said maybe she missed it.WTF? I drove almost 1/2 hour each way to this non existent appointment.This was beyond ridiculous.

I really like the staff that work hard in the store. Very nice and helpful as always. The staff that stock are even very helpful. The pharmacy is terrible. No customer service. Waited in drive thru 30 minutes; several cars left. Here is a genius idea since you are closed on Sunday (0 out of 5 stars) have more staff work on Monday and have a dedicated staff member at drive thru. Several cars with senior citizens just left the line for pharmacy it took so long. Absolutely ridiculous; rude pharmacist too on duty today 4/18 @ noon.

The customer service at this particular location was abysmal. During my visit on 2/6/21, I asked the associate for assistance with their FedEx drop off service. However rather than help,the associate asked “why don’t you go to the FedEx store across the way”

Convenient location and selection but was disappointed there is no self checkout for quick in and out trips. Have to stand in line to be checked out. I expected more from Walgreens given the competition executes this so well.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. This is not the pharmacy I typically go to, but it was convenient this particular day. Firstly, communication is everything. If you are busy and a customer is standing for several minutes waiting for someone to help him/her, acknowledge their presence and say something along the lines of "I will be with you in a minute " or "Sorry for the wait." An elderly woman that was waiting in the drive thru, had to come in because she said it was taking way too long outside. This has never happened at my regular pharmacy. Also, when there is an extra charge on "flavoring" medication, you should inform the customer of the charge, instead the customer only realizes it after it has been mixed! Lastly, the pharmacist began handing me 3 large boxed medications and asked if I wanted a bag. No, I want to juggle these boxes all the way to the car. This department is not professional at all. I will not be returning.
