Someone who is not my family member and does not live in my house called the post office telling them to hold mail. I didn't receive any mail for almost two weeks. They need to verify their ID for making a request like this.

One of the friendliest post offices I’ve been to. The lines aren’t terrible - if there are any - and the staff is helpful. They go over all shipping options and are engaging with my young children who tag along.

Friendly, quick and knowledgeable staff. One of the post offices that actually stands out when it comes to excellent customer service which in these days is almost impossible to find. The post office should make this one the model as to how one has to be run.

Is it a requirement that to work at a post office you have to be nasty? The guy at this location is disgusting and should be fired. Then the nerve to hand a receipt with a survey after as if you really want me to say what I feel.

I LOVE the Roseland Post Office and ALL their EMPLOYEES! Whenmany other other necessary public services disappoint; our POST OFFICE IS DEPENDABLE and friendly; if you remember to not to leave your job until the very last minute and wear your own smile!

I wish I could give this post office 0 stars. It's a chore to come here. I leave miserable every time. The older guy here is the most angry, miserable, condescending, rude employee I've ever met. I can't imagine a scenario where they guy has ever been remotely pleasant to me. Make sure to bring your own supplies because they won't let you borrow anything to mail out (pens, a piece of tape, scissors, etc) I come prepared with a tool kit to mail a letter here because it's an arm and a leg and I get berated by him every time. I would travel miles to go to any other post office. Not only is the service terrible in store but our mail is constantly missing, never on time, and a regular sh**t show. It's a shame this is the post office in my town. Hate it with every fiber of my being. Didn't know I could hate a post office as much as I do.

I can't believe I ever suffered through at other local passport sites that rhyme with Rhifftin for a kid's passport. We set the appointment a couple of weeks ahead for a Saturday, showed up, and something like 6 minutes later were all set. Both old and new passports arrived after less than 6 weeks.
