Someone who is not my family member and does not live in my house called the post office telling them to hold mail. I didn't receive any mail for almost two weeks. They need to verify their ID for making a request like this.

One of the friendliest post offices I’ve been to. The lines aren’t terrible - if there are any - and the staff is helpful. They go over all shipping options and are engaging with my young children who tag along.

Friendly, quick and knowledgeable staff. One of the post offices that actually stands out when it comes to excellent customer service which in these days is almost impossible to find. The post office should make this one the model as to how one has to be run.

Is it a requirement that to work at a post office you have to be nasty? The guy at this location is disgusting and should be fired. Then the nerve to hand a receipt with a survey after as if you really want me to say what I feel.

I LOVE the Roseland Post Office and ALL their EMPLOYEES! Whenmany other other necessary public services disappoint; our POST OFFICE IS DEPENDABLE and friendly; if you remember to not to leave your job until the very last minute and wear your own smile!
