“The only store that is on point is in Newark N.J. do not ever deal with the Fastsign in Bayonne they are horrible and not reliable. The Staff did something to me that was so wrong. I ask for a quote for my son graduation, The second time I try doing this sign the 1st sign I had made was well done a little pricey buy awesome that weighed the price so, I figured I will get another one, but I decide to go to the Fastsign in Bayonne , get it closer to where I live in Jersey City, bad moved I spoke with one of the team, they said they will email me to make sure is correct so I can confirmed, 2 days went by and I saw an email saying they needed more information, they were asking me when he was born ect. so I called them and they stated I sent them an email asking for a congrat on his b-day I told them pls send me the email you said I wrote I never wrote that I told them I will send you a copy of my email requesting a graduation not a b-day, going back and forth with the lady I ask her if I could speak with the person next to you saying this, he was next to her telling her what to say to me and would not get on the phone for me to speak with him I asked for copy of this email they said I sent they would not provide it either then she said it was too late to request anything due to the fact the event was the next day I was so sad I wanted to cry. I went to staple and did one for $40.00 it came out great not like the 1st one but $200. cheaper so now I know where to go from now on (Staples) in 24 hours it was done,

“Lynn and her team are amazing! They customized a beautiful awning and PVC sign for my shop, Nana Noodle House, working efficiently and professionally—all at a reasonable price. There was a small issue when the workers accidentally discarded a crate under the awning that I had planned to keep. However, as soon as Lynn noticed, she immediately sent her team to install a new crate at no extra charge. Her dedication to customer satisfaction truly stands out. “I came to FedEx needing help printing games for my upcoming baby shower, and the experience was truly exceptional. I was immediately greeted upon entering, and the manager went above and beyond to make sure my order was just right. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and helped me determine the best printing options for my needs.
The customer service was stellar — thoughtful, patient, and kind. Since I’m nine months pregnant, they even offered me a chair so I didn’t have to stand at the counter, and brought over samples for me to review and approve. It made the whole process so much easier and more comfortable.
I believe the manager’s name was Kelly, but if I’m mistaken, I visited on 4/17/25 between 5–6 PM. I’ll definitely be returning thanks to the amazing service I received!”
