Had to grab 2 manufactured 4x4 posts, was upset they didn't sell it by the foot, only 8, 12, 20 but nonetheless service was great

Paid top dollar but that's ok when you get what you pay for. Win Miller took care is us from start to finish, through multiple change orders. Could not have been a better experience.

I went in to pay for an order that my husband placed because I was in the area. I believe a guy named Mike was "helping" me. He was an absolute DICKK to me and that is putting things lightly. Mind you, I am almost 8 months pregnant and extremely hormonal so needless to say when I got back into my car, I cried. That should never have happened. The customer service I received from him was disgusting. I was able to be helped by another man named Win who helped me with no issues at all and was nice about it. Sorry Mike if you either hate your job or were having a bad day, but the way you spoke to me was unacceptable.

I was replacing the interior doors in my house and my contractor suggested the Roseland location. I was skeptical at first and didn’t believe they could compete with the big box stores. I liked the showroom, they had the doors I wanted on display, and the salesperson, Bill, was very helpful, gave us a printout with prices and did not aggressively try to sell, which I appreciated.The next day, after a very disappointing visit to Home Depot, I came back and ordered 16 doors. Bill was very helpful throughout the process. Every time he called to give me a delivery update he thanked me for my business- what a nice touch!I also want to mention Win. I always thought you only find out if a company is really good when something goes wrong after they have your money. Well, after my contractor started installing the doors, he found one of them to be defective. I called Kuiken Brothers dreading a runaround. But Win was very nice, asked me for a couple of pictures, and arranged a replacement with the manufacturer. A new door was delivered today by a very nice gentleman, sorry I didn’t get his name.I highly recommend them, wish there were more businesses like this.

Absolutely horrendous, crass, and unresponsive service. We waited for half an hour to be serviced on their moulding inventory. In the meantime, two unruly staff ladies were hollering each other in the back about some frivolities that annoyed us severely. Their selection was beyond drab and depraved, like it was more of a graveyard store. Abysmal and I will never step foot here ever again. No wonder they are not front retail store and instead stuck behind the janky Dunkin Donuts. First and last experience ever. Rude rude rude.

You sell on quality and service. Quality is there but service at this location is not very good. I ordered a delivery 2 days prior to end up being last on truck. Very disappointed. When I called to track delivery sales kept sending me to dispatch who never picks up. Really sad to see a great company loose focus on there true business values. Don't lose track of your identity, or you too will be swallowed up by the "2" giants that can buy and sell you in a second. Don't be the next Sears; stay true to your core values
With that said unfortunately the delivery guy was great. Gave them the opportunity to get another shot
