“I cannot recommend Kevin’s enough. I first found Kevin’s 3 years ago while searching for a jeweler to purchase an engagement ring for my now wife. We stopped in and Jenny patiently sat with us for over an hour explaining everything there is to know about diamonds and designing a custom engagement ring.We had visited other jewelers near us and they were very sale oriented to the point where they called me every day for weeks after a consultation trying to get me to purchase. There was no pressure to purchase with Kevin’s. They genuinely wanted to make sure we got what we wanted and were confident in our decision. I knew immediately after our first consultation with Jenny that Kevin’s was the right place.When it came time to design the ring of my wife’s dreams, I worked with Kim who was again patient and knowledgeable. We looked at many different options within my budget but she had found the exact center stone I was looking for and helped design the ring around that specific stone. Absolute perfection.My wife could not be more happy when I finally gave her the ring and it was everything she ever wanted. When it came time to purchase wedding bands there was no question that we would be going back to Kevin’s. Again they delivered exactly what we wanted.I then purchased Diamond studs to give my wife the morning of our wedding and that was also a pleasant experience.If you are shopping around for any jewelry, look no further than Kevin’s. It was the best decision I could have made. I went in looking for a ring and came out with a jeweler and friends for life. “First off, you will never have better customer service in retail. I would like to personally thank the owners Win and Sue for helping us out in a situation that happened with the Schroths and Lorenson store in Summit. I’d also like to thank Liz Carvahlo because without my initial call to her none of this could have happened. The back story….. my son purchased his wedding band from the Summit store. Two days prior to the wedding, his fiancé went to pick up his ring and upon arrival, saw a note on the door saying that they were closed until the following week. She obviously panicked and called me. I have known Liz for a very long time and my initial thought was to reach out to her. Liz then contacted the owners (during their vacation) and they immediately called me in hopes to help. They explained to me that they are not really affiliated with the store in Summit any longer but that one of their past employees is. They reached out to Rich Foley who then took over. He was also on vacation at the time because the entire industry shuts down early in July. Thankfully, he was a few hours driving distance away. He left his vacation and drove up to his store, was able to get the ring and then actually hand delivered it to my sons wedding venue. I cannot put into words how amazing both stores were in dealing with what could have resulted in my son not having his band on his wedding day. I again, cannot thank everyone involved more for their genuine care in helping us. I will forever be a Schroths customer!Shop Small and Shop Local.
