I have been going here for years but recent events changed my outlook from trust to mistrust. Briefly, a shipment from Samsung was falsely directed from home delivery to this location by someone. When I went to collect the shipment, it turned out the store allegedly gave it to “someone” who was “me”. They claimed they checked their ID. I filed a police report to claim my money back. Now the distrust part … I was there for 35 mins trying to understand what happened. First the rep told me they returned it to Samsung as they are having “issues” with them. I asked for return tracking info for my record and because it was still showing on FedEx site delivered to their location. Then her version changed to we returned it and please call Samsung. I refused to leave without a tracking number and proof of return. Then another rep came and eventually conceded that a fraud has occurred and they gave it to someone else. I asked the first rep why did you lie ? Her answer, “because I was told to”. Such is the ethics and character of these employees. I got the print outs and details of fraud and filed a police report. Now regarding ID verification - you think they bothered to ask and see my ID in the 35 mins of drama ? NO. It was internal fraud and they tried to cover it. Shameful.

Usually I have a great experience. Today, there was an elderly man in line in front of me. The FedEx employee, a woman, barely gave him a chance to answer before she passed over him and immediately went to me, the next person in line. I said "I think he's ready now" gesturing towards the elderly man in front of me. She ignored me and proceeded to scan the box I had already placed on the counter to hand me a receipt and then went to him after. Just thought that was rude. He's elderly, obviously he's going to move slower.

dropped off the package(with sticker label) "Dropbox" inside of the office. package was lost, and they said they do not know where it is. what is the purpose of drop box???I called to check multiple times, he kept transferring to costumer service, and I could not even talk to anyone. it was automatically turned off. they do not know how to handle and be willing to care the customers. so sad.

Went there tonight to pick up some items, Cyrus was working and was so helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions and made everything easy for me. He even helped me print something from my email. Great employee, thanks again!!

After a really frustrating experience at UPS I rushed to get to this FedEx (I got there close to closing time) where I was greeted kindly despite my late arrival. I was shipping a package to Spain, and the guy working there (5/18) helped me get a FedEx box to bring the price down, and made it easy to answer the customs questions (UPS grilled me for absolutely no reason). PLUS it got there this morning (5/21), when it wasn't expected for another day or two. I'm super impressed with the service and speed, and will definitely be using FedEx for international packages in the future even though it's farther from my home.
