Bryan and Nicolas were great to work with. They delivered our mattress and helped set it up perfectly. They also gave us a tutorial on how to use it. We appreciated them removing the old mattress. Respectful and friendly, Bryan and Nicolas should be commended for a job well done.

NVC logistics was the company Nectar used to deliver my mattressI believe they have part of their training in how to deceive costumersAfter ordering the mattressI got a text from NVC logistics that I will be informed of my delivery dayAfter couple of changes that I requested we decided on TuesdayThey inform you that they will contact you the evening before to give you a 3 hour window and the driver will call you 30 mins prior to deliveryThey close at 5:30 and there is no way that you will get them after thatSo I kept waiting on Monday and at 4 pm I said I am not taking any chancesI calledThey told me my window is 1:30 on to 4:30 on TuesdayAnd I will get 30 mins phone call priorAs there was no phone call I went up to my apt at 1:40To my surprise the bed and mattress were left at the door.And as I have an assembly service paid for and removal of recyclable items is also paid forThey actually didn’t careSo there was no phone call prior and they deliver outside of the windowNVC logistics has a good texting service that leave you text of times they never honor.They were not rudeHowever really unprofessional

NVC Logisics performed outstanding service when they assembled my adjustable bed frame. They were very professional and courteous. I'll use them again for help with transporting large objects. Kudos to you NVC.

Purchased a platform bed with headboard and new mattress. The white glove service was definitely worth the money. Everything was delivered timely and Edgar and his helper were very courteous and did a very good job setting up and taking away the trash and the old bed. Very satisfied.

Excellent team came in to deliver my bed they assembled quickly! Worked well as a team they wore shoe coverings I was very impressed with the service!! I only wish I could’ve gotten their name so I could add it to this. It was 2 males and 1 female young lady who did such a great job!! Thank you!!

I ordered a mattress from Tempur-Pedic, but the carrier they used was incredibly unprofessional and rude. He had no patience at all and even mentioned he had to go back to Jersey to sleep and wouldn't wait for me. Because of this, I've been forced to sleep on the floor for an entire week.

Your company seriously needs to consider improving its customer service. It's been an extremely frustrating experience being your customer. Please ensure your employees receive better training to avoid such issues in the future

Edgar and Juan were absolutely amazing. They were prompt, professional, and even moved our old mattress outside, down the stairs, and back into the downstairs bedroom for us. 5 stars all day!

NVC was used to deliver my Tempur-pedic mattress and they were supposed to provide white glove delivery service. Not only were the delivery men rude AF. They didn't remove my old mattress as promised. If you are a business in NY, don't use them! They seem to have better workers on the West Coast.

I used a white glove service for the first time and the team from NVC came in an nailed their install on the day it was raining. They kept my place clean, knocked the assembly out before it started raining on them, and had me enjoying my new dream cloud flawlessly. Thank you!
