I stopped by the Zales in my local mall today and I had the most wonderful experience. When I got there I was SUPER nervous because I knew that I wanted to buy a ring for my girlfriend but I didn’t know anything about jewelry and I felt really out of place. The representative that was there, Amy, greeted me with a smile and let me know that she would be right with me. (This actually did wonders for calming my nerves.) Then, Amy proceeded to walk me through the store, showing me different styles, different price ranges, and different qualities of rings. The whole experience felt so warm and educational it really made me feel SO much better. Amy also explained the value of the lifetime protection plan which really made sense in my situation. When I surprise my girlfriend tomorrow with this ring, I can rest assured that she will have no troubles getting it sized to fit her!
I hate shopping for anything, I usually shop online to avoid the hassle. I am so grateful that I came into this store today and encountered Amy, she took time out of her day and went above and beyond in every way to help me buy this little piece of jewelry that could very well impact the rest of my life!

Syed at Rockaway,NJ store was nothing short of amazing! My 20 year old son has decided to get engaged, his girl chose an Emerald stone with a halo. 2 previous jewelers dismissed him. Syed not only educated Adam on quality color and size of both the diamond and emerald, he showed him how it would look. Adam had already been approved for financing ;but Syed even then said let’s not order the setting until we find the stone! WOW. He wasn’t about the money but the moment that Adam was planning. Syed wanted it perfect. He looked past Adam’s age and treated him as an adult. He listened and gave options and reassurance of the step Adam was taking. Syed also will have the ring shipped to Kentucky where Adam is serving in the Army. What a wonderful man and a wonderful experience! Truly no pressure and all the sincerity of finding just the right ring. Thank you Syed for being part of Adam’s adventure.

If i could give zero stars i would i bought something for the holidays returned it and was told they couldn't give me the cash back since they had no money and the only thing they could do is send me a check that will take 21days to come its already been 25 days and nothing yet and this was within the limit that's on the policy. How can you not have any cash around for returns on top it of it he wanted me to drive too two other stores i said can he find out to see if they have cash because I'm not trying to drive all over either. I won't be doing business with Zales in the near future.

I’ve had issues with my diamonds being loose & falling out of my engagement & wedding band. After multiple (and I mean over 6 trips) back and forth from Zales in Rockaway, finally the assistant store manage, Katie, provided me with customer cares phone number- she was in disbelief I was coming in again for a diamond falling out!After reaching out to customer care, they reached out to Zales in Rockaway to get all the history on my repairs.I reached back out to Katie to see what resolution they decided on- I was told I would hear something, regardless by the end of the week and if not, Katie herself would call. I heard nothing.I called back the following Monday at 11am to see what was going on and I was told Demond was in a meeting, Katie was off. I reached back out at 5:15pm because no one called me back. I was told again, Demond is still in this meeting and the employee hung up on me.Demond called me back after 20 minutes to say he has no idea what’s going on- meanwhile his assistant store manager does? She even provided me with 2 case numbers- how does the store manager not know what’s going on in his store!? I told him to speak with Katie and to get back to me before the end of the day… I never heard back.I’m BEYOND pissed that my husband spent THOUSANDS of dollars on my engagement ring and 2 wedding bands to be treated like this. I’ve wasted so much time going back and forth to this store for the same repairs.I’d stay far away and give your business to someone else.

Raymond Diamond and Gem specialists is excellent and extremely knowledgeable. He works with you until you are completely satisfied and most important, you leave his store very happy. My purchases Raymond has helped me with them and putting them on. Just to make sure I like my pieces. I LOVE ALL OF THEM. He is extremely professional. He knows what he is talking about. He's not pushy and immediately he tells you about specials taking place and the points to all the signs with the information. I'm very happy with all of my purchases. I'm happy it was Raymond who was there for me. Very nice young man. Zales is blessed to have him as a gemologist specialists. He is friendly, understanding, has great patience and has a warm smile.
