Do not buy in this store, they change the pearls of the rings for cheaper ones (plastic). My mother went to have them put a larger size on the ring, the pearl on the ring was emerald and they gave us the ring with a pearl of emerald. plastic and left the ring bad.(Do not buy in this store, they change the pearls in the rings for cheaper ones (plastic). Don’t go here you might think it’s a better option because of all the signs they have up but it’s not the lady that attended me was rude and they have scummy business practices even the jewelry I bought tarnished quickly and I can’t even get a refund for it never going there again.

Just want to say if you have them resize a ring or do any kind of work on it double check the stone. I live 2 hours away and noticed that the stone was chipped I guess part of it was my fault for not checking but I trusted them. So disappointed the warranty is 30 days but does not cover the stone.

I went there today looking for something special for my wife's birthday it had to be special bc she just lost her dad so I wanted to get a locket to put his picture in the sales lady was very pleasant and did all she could do to make sure I walked away with the locket I was looking for thank you so much my wife loves it couldn't have done it without you may god bless you for all you did for me....

Do not shop here! They scammed a friend into buying a ring for thousands over their budget. Then when they got it appraised and it was only worth 1/4 of what they paid. AND then my dad bought a ring and they charged his card twice.

Buyer beware. I've bought jewelery from many different jewelers. This jeweler doesn't take returns. Only exchanges. The problem is that they don't tell you that at the time of purchase and the tiny sign they have is in a place away from the area where you pay so you don't know. Another thing and this is the sleaziest practice of all is they give you a 70% discount to purchase but if you return they don't give you the same discount on the exchange piece so essentially they rip you off for 30-40 percent. Really sleazy. I bought 2 items totalling a couple k with a marked price before the discounts of 7k. I guess I'll chat with them in front of a judge.

White diamond jewelry was absolutely amazing I bought my wife's engagement ring wedding ring and my wedding band there they were very helpful. At first didn't find what I wanted for my wife and they went all the way to New York got me stuff and brought it back the next day. When I needed to have it at a certain time and it was sooner than what they could do they figured it out and got it to me the timeframe that I needed.
