GO ELSEWHERE! After 3 days of waiting to get a prescription refilled i had to give up. Since the ledgewood Walmart closed i came to this location thinking it would be an easy process to transfer from one Walmart pharmacy to another.. I was 100% wrong. After 3 days of bed given the runaround to only be told my prescription was transferred to the Flanders Walmart. The employees were totally unhelpful and uncaring. I will not make the same mistake again. Goodbye Walmart.

This will be last time my family fills a prescription at Walmart! As we are standing on line a pharmacy worker yells out sir get off line come back at 2 we are closing for lunch and it's already 1:32! Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? We have things to do also! Besides the fact half the ppl behind the counter are lost & confused when it comes to filling a prescription! The good old days of speaking to a customer with respect are long gone! Also making a customer happy have gone to! Walmart pharmacy employees will see like all the rest of big name stores the mom & pop stores will soon be on the rise again soon! Horrible service is all u get here! That's ok I'll just take this time to cough & sneeze everywhere! Sorry everyone I had planned on getting in & out!

Ridiculous!!! Waited for over an hour and a half for no reason. The customer service was horrible, there was a cashier who didn't seem to know what she was doing and the other one was frustrated with helping us, to the point of whispering very loudly to another customer that she knew, if they had a Smoke??!?!?! So rude!!!

This pharmacy is pretty good and they are cheaper than other pharmacies! The staff is usually very friendly and helpful ! They will price check medicines before you order them ! Make sure to check your medicines and prices for you pay If you leave them if there is a mistake you can't exchange or return them. This is a NJ law!

Called to have someone look for an item to make sure it was actually in stock since the website said it was but sometimes you have to double check with places like this. Someone answered asked what was needed and said she would check and she was going to put me on a brief hold. My brief hold was turned into 20 minutes and then i was hung up on. So after calling back and being placed an another 15 minute hold only to be told that someone was still looking for it and it would be another few minutes. Yet again i was hung up on. So my third and final attempt to get an answer about the item i was in search i decided i was going to take the ride and head toward the store. It took me almost a half hour to get there and i had enough time to park my Jeep and walk into the store and stand on line at the service desk before someone answered the phone and told me that they didn't carry the item needed and it was online order only. Being as aggravated as i was i decided to take a look for myself and sure enough i found the item on a shelf in the xmas department right where it should be. The people that work there are either completely blind and lazy and didn't take the time to look and instead tell me it's not there or they are just complete morons. From now on i will gladly drive to the boonton location instead of dealing with this pathetic excuse for custom service offered at the Rockaway/Dover store. After all of that the price listed online wasn't even the correct price and they would not honor the online price. Awful service and a horribly managed store. If there was something less than one Star they would get it. I feel That one Star is being to generous for this store.

Waited a week for my script. Finally went in, waited 20mins and would have been longer if I had not asked. It's not in stock. They told me Tuesday. Their customer service stinks!

Pharmacist was very friendly and answered my concerns about my medications I was prescribed. They are cheaper to get a prescription filled here then at CVS or Walgreens.
